+ 1 moreI am rarely so excited about a company's performance that I am moved to write a positive review, let alone pay to do so. That said, Outdoors by Design well deserves high praise. One of the owners, and usually all 3 of them, were on site every day to make sure the install went as planned. The crew was highly professional, neat and tidy, competent, and overall extremely pleasant to work with. The laborers they hired were clean, polite and professional. When an adjustment to the landscape plan was requested by us they were more than accommodating and happy to make the change. Honestly, it's difficult for me to explain the great pleasure it has been to work with this company. I usually have something critical to say about most companies I've dealt with in the past, but not with Outdoors by Design. If you are in need of a landscaper for any project, large or small, I highly recommend you give them a call.
Description of Work: Outdoors by Design landscape designer, Leslie Coulter, made us a precise plan, drafted by hand, for our back yard. The amount of detail included in the plan gave us a vision of what the finished product would look like. The cost of the design was minimal and, once it was complete, we were so excited to see what our back yard could look like that we gave the go-ahead to get started. All 3 co-owners of the company (Leslie, Travis and Phil) quickly got involved in the project and work soon commenced. Besides the design, Outdoors by Design did everything from constructing retaining walls, building paver patios, creating garden spaces, moving and leveling earth, planting foliage (large and small), lighting, and even irrigation.
