He was on time and very informative. He advised that he was not going to be able to do our repairs, however, he was very nice and gave us a referral of a friend/competitor of his to do the work for us.

Everything went together perfectly. The drywall was well done and the staining of the doors and trim was excellent. The project was completed as promised, on time and as quoted.

I called Chris to look at a leaking spa tub faucet. He determined what was needed, said he'd try to find the parts and come back. He called a few days later and said that the exact parts simply weren't available locally (the fixtures had been discontinued long ago). He got some parts that he thought might work and came back to try them. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to access the area of the fixture he needed to. He was kind enough to stop what he was doing and tell me that he thought he should defer to a trained plumber before he accidentally damaged something and made the situation worse than it was. I really appreciated that and considered it to be a very professional move on his part. Because of that, I would trust calling him next time I need a handyman. Furthermore, he didn't even want to charge me anything for the service call, since he didn't feel he'd been able to provide the service! Thank you, Chris!
