 + -1 moreIt went great. They knew more about the job over the phone than the original contractor that was actually on the job site. They had all the right parts, were very fair with their charges, and made a special effort to get the job done quickly. My property is a long way from their shop, but they got it done earlier than originally thoght.

 + -1 moreThese folks were outstanding. The went out of their way to fix my problem quickly and save me a little money as well. My water suddenly shut off. They were at my house the same day and had the issue identified and fixed before I was home from work. They were also very friendly and willing to explain everything they did, it was very easy working with them. If you have a well, use these folks!

 + -1 moreIt turned out that we have pretty good water. They were nice. There were two 50 year old guys that ran the stuff. Their assistant didn't really know what was going on but the older guy kept him in line. He was learning. They actually had quite a bit of stuff to do because of the set up. They had to pull out a huge pressure tank. The pricing was fair; most of it was the pump. The kid was nice but when the older guy asked him to do something, he didn't know what he was talking about.
Description of Work: We used Arcadia Drilling to inspect our well when we bought our house. It ended up that the well pump had broken off the pipe so it wasn't functional at all. They pulled it all up and saw that it was broken. They gave us our options. They came back out and installed a new pump. They tested the water and got us lab reports so we knew what to do.
