AAA SEPTIC TANK PUMPING SVC

AAA septic inspection Wa. was a good choice for us. We had a first time inspection of our septic system, but they also gave us a rundown of the working components and how it is supposed to run. This is our first time with a arobic system and they were patient and answered all our questions. They also diagnosed a missing baffle on our system and fixed it while they were there for a reasonable fee. I would recommend Thomas and Becky, they were kind and helpful. Good job AAA Septic.

Excellent from start to finish. Called the office the morning after Labor Day and spoke with a very pleasant lady. Explained we were having an issue with water seeping up around the septic tank. Despite already having 8 people in line for service and 2 emergencies, and finding out we were at a vacation cabin and leaving that day, she put us on the books for the same day. She told me it would be after noon, and that someone would call to let us know when they were on their way. Sure enough; got the phone call, and Jeremy showed up at 3:00 p.m. He was personable and professional. He worked quickly but not hurriedly and answered all our questions. He was done in about 30 minutes and on his way. We highly recommend this business. This is the second time we have used them and will be calling them again for routine pumping and/or septic issues in the future. Thanks again, Jeremy and AAA Septic!
