+ -1 moreAn existing pole building was constructed without a permit by a previous owner. The county required that the building be evaluated by an engineer and upgraded structurally as necessary. Woodin construction was selected to do the work based on some flooring work that he did on the home that we were building. Ryan was very responsive and despite being fairly busy gave me a fixed price to do the job and managed to arrange to get the work done in a timely manner. During the course of the work, some of the reinforcing was missed (and in fairness drawings notes were somewhat difficult to follow) and Ryan came back at no charge and finished the work. I would definitely hire him again if I need some more work done.
Description of Work: Provided repairs and upgrades to a pole building needed to bring the structure into compliance with an engineers report.

+ -1 moreRyan (Woodin) was very pleasant to work with and demonstrated consistent professionalism and expertise. Although he had some family issues that delayed the process, he worked efficiently when he was able and he did a very thorough job. Our new bathroom is absolutely stunning, thanks to Ryan!
