Description of Work: They charge to much and they go by dara space like on a cell phone. Its hard to moniter and costs waaaay to much for extra space. They are rufe and their employees respond to everything with well thats out if mu control, but, they dont want to transfer to a mngr etc. Just horrid service and horrid cust service NEVER WILL I USE THEM AGAIN.

Description of Work: Good value for the limited ISPs in the area I live (Stevenson Wa). Have had a few outages but none any more than a couple of hours. Customer service is good and the price is fair.

 + -1 moreOverall i would recommend Wave to friends or family i havent signed up for cable or phone because i dont need them. a nice pleasent experience besides that they forgot one of the equiement that i ordered over the phone that was mildly annoying.
Description of Work: I had ordered Interent Services from Wave Broadband, i had set it up for a week in advanced. they came on the 2nd May 2013. i had ordered Roku and internet from them and they forgot my roku box and that's it it. it took a little longer than expected because the cable wasnt hooked up to the whole house, it had been disconnected from preveious residents. and when i went to the store to pick up my roku they were saying that i might not be able to install the roku by myself. but other than that they were fast im really pleased with the internet netflix works awesome i subscribed to the 30/5 package and am very pleased.

 + -1 moreI called on a Saturday to get service set up in our new home the following week. The woman on the phone was pleasant and helpful, explaining the various options and pricing available. She said that there was a technician in our area and that if we liked she could have it installed the that day. The technician was polite, courteous, arrived in a timely manner and when he left our TV and Internet were up and running. Our TV picture quality is much clearer than it was with our previous company and Broadband works well.
