A plumber came to my house to look at the work and give me an estimate. A week later he and another plumber did the work in the time allotted and within the estimate. I'm completely satisfied with the work.

I have been using Tom's Plumbing for the last 15 years in my house. I have nothing but good things to say about them. They are very good, punctual, clean and very knowlegdable about there job.

We hired Tom's Plumbing to do the entire installtion in our custome home. They not only provided plumbing products, they allowed us to purchase our own pfocudts if that was what we chose to do. Belonging to a buying club, we were able to purchase some unique items through the buying club. Tom's had no problem installing those items. They researched the purchase of some other items that aren't frequently used, like copper colored exposed piping. They were always honest and reasonable in their pricing. Their staff were always there when they said they would be and were always meticulous in their work. We installed the newest model of Toto's low flush toilets, a product they were initially unfamiliar with. They did the needed research and all of the toilets were installed to perfect specifications. Our Kohler steam shower unit was not one they recommended, but at our instance that we use that Kohler model, they were willing to do the legwork and make sure that it was installed to the exact manufacturer specifications. They took no short cuts. The plumbers were friendly and thorough and after one year, we have had no problems with any of the work they performed. I feel confident that the underlying plulmbing structure, as well as anything exposed, will serve us well through a lifetime of use. I know that problems, with time, will arise. I will not be reticent in calling Tom's back to care for any of our plumbing needs. We did have a manufacturers problem with the flushing mechanism of one of the Toto low flow toilets. The owner of the company came out and dealt with the problem himself, at no cost to us. The kind of service you can only dream of.
