Sun City Builders did an awesome job building our attached carport. As our needs changed Jordan adjusted the design while maintaining cost and schedule. Jordan was very responsive to our requests and desires. He assisted us with design options. They were always prompt on arrival time. Jordan and his partner Pete kept within the time frame agreed on. His professionalism was always apparent. The workmanship was OUTSTANDING!! He has now done 2 projects for us and both jobs were done with excellence. I would definitely hire Jordan again for any project. I have included a before and after picture.

We hired Sun City Builders to build our shop/garage. Jordan and his crew were very courteous and responsive. They showed up when scheduled and their work was of very high quality.

I agreed to have Jordan and team rebuild our two large decks. They worked with me as we decided on the approach and were open to taking a "restoration" approach where we would reuse as much of the existing structure as possible. They started when they said they would and are very professional in how they work. They work hard when on the job. The quality of their work is high. In the end, we had to change approach to a complete replacement. They adjusted, re-planned and delivered a couple of beautiful decks. I know it put them into a scheduling bind but they worked through it and with minimal delay on our job. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them for any future jobs.

Everything went very well. The workers arrived on time, were polite and considerate, as well as pleasant to be around. The quality of their workmanship was excellent and they did a good job of cleaning up at the end of each work day and at the end of the projects. The owner takes pride in hiring not only skilled workers, but people with good moral values, who appear to hold each other in high regard. The owner regularly monitored the work in progress and shows a good deal of concern for making the client happy. This is who I will call if I have any future needs and have already recommended to someone else who is considering some interior remodeling.

Jordan Rich of Sun City Builders was very accommodating and flexible in helping me to plan, design and remodel my bathroom. During the lengthy, and at at times difficult, process of remodeling this bathroom built in 1938, Jordan showed resourcefulness in dealing with unanticipated problems, like rotten wood. He made sure I was able to use the toilet and sink because it is my only bathroom. The tiling and finish work are beautiful and my new bathroom represents the quality and professionalism of his work. His price was more than fair. The result was beyond my expectation, and it is something we both are proud of!

Jordan was a pleasure to work with. He got the job at the last minute when another contractor moved out of the area and referred Jordan to myself as a good replacement contractor. Jordan picked up the job and kept the bid at the same price as the previous contractor. There was an error on the part of Home Depot on two privacy fences that were not delivered and thus the project was not going to be completed in time. Jordan stepped up and found what turned out to be a better replacement with the local hardware store that is the Trex retailer for the area. Jordan was responsive to emails and phone calls and worked in a timely manner to complete the project on the time frame given. I am not a full time resident of the property so Jordan took photos and sent them to me to show the final project completed. I would recommend Jordan and actually already have to a neighbor. I plan to get a bid from him for future projects.
