Extremely well. This team of professionals was well coordinated, well led, and conscientious in every regard. As soon as they arrived they were on the move. Josh and Quinn were the experienced hands; Andrew was obviously in training for some aspects of this job. All were courteous, considerate, and focused on the task. Josh, in particular, was quite helpful. I had originally planned to use an ozone generator borrowed from a friend. The evening before the job was scheduled to start I learned that my friends's ozone generator had only a two hour timer on it, which would have meant that I would have been back and forth to the worksite every two hours for the ozonating process, roughly nine visits in 18 hours. When the ServPro team arrived onsite on the scheduled work day, I explained my problem to Josh, who had originally offered their generator, which had, if I recall correctly, a 12 hour timer on it. With some obvious dismay, Josh agreed to provide his ozone generator for use on my project. This required another ServPro employee to make a special trip to deliver the item. I was very pleased when, at the end of the job, when Josh agreed not to charge me for the use of the ozone generator. It made an enormous difference in mitigating the odor at this site.
Description of Work: ServoPro team was called in to do a deep cleaning on a mobile home with a severe odor problem. Carpets were laden with a discharge from a dog with an autoimmune disorder that caused the animal to rub against anything that would relieve its itching. A thick layer of dust laden with dog dander throughout the house contributed heavily to the dog odor. Also, a sofa and a love seat had absorbed a considerable amount of urine from an incontinent resident. Finally, a heavy odor of rotten food emanated from a refrigerator filled with rotten food. A three-man ServPro team arrived a few minutes behind schedule after making a courtesy call to notify me of the delay. Crew leader, Josh Blue, went right to work with his crew. They immediately removed the sofa and the love seat from the premises. While Josh and Quinn systematically pulled up the carpet, Andrew set to work cleaning the carpet in the forward bedroom. He also cleaned a small amount of soiling on the mattress in that bedroom. When Josh and Quinn finished removing the carpet and pad from the living room, they scraped the floor of any bits of wood or metal that protruded above the plane of the floor. That done, Quinn vacuumed debris from the floor as well as dust and cobwebs in the living space. While Quinn did that, Josh began painting all the stains on the particle board flooring with a special ZInsser brand shellac-based paint to prevent future water absorption and damage. The crew was on site for roughly six hours.
