Pierson Contracting

Pierson Contracting has again completed a project for us and I would call on them again. The first project they did was to replace a roof on our barn and install a skylight. Grade A work! I recently contracted a deck replacement with Pierson Contracting and they did it in a timely matter and in high quality. If you have a project to do, give them a call.

We live out of state but were preparing a home to sell in the Port Townsend area. I called several contractors, including Pierson Contracting, to obtain bids on several issues that had come up on a home inspection report. Scott was the only one that responded and he came out right away to take a look at the scope of the project. He put us at ease and was confident that they would have no problem fixing the issues that were pointed out, and he made some suggestions as to other items that could be fixed or updated that would appeal to potential buyers. After providing a verbal estimate on some of the minor repairs we decided to move forward, and one member of Scott's team (Eric), got started right away. It was evident that Eric was knowledgeable, meticulous and took pride in his work. Just after the work got underway we had to leave town and were very hesitant about having work performed while we were away. Leaving the home and entire contents in the hands of near strangers was extremely difficult. Fortunately, Scott and his team kept us updated with phone calls, emails and photos on their progress. As it turns out, the deck repairs were much more extensive than we originally anticipated, but the end result was worth it. I cannot emphasize enough how working with Pierson Contracting was the best decision. Scott and Eric have shown professionalism, integrity and trustworthiness that is unmatched. If you need a contractor that is responsive, people-oriented and provides stellar craftsmanship and pride in workmanship, look no further.

I will first start off my review saying I was a absent buyer, when I finally did see my new home where I plan on living out my days I was impressed upon initial visit. But as time went on moving in more and more problems developed. I was in a brand new condo with leaking skylights unfinished gutters and problems with the siding. I was so upset, so I called my division leader who deals with repairs. I was out of town when the repairs were done but my caretaker was home and oh she could not of been more happy Jerrin whom worked on the home was a doll. He took the time to take pictures of damages and explain down to the very detail of a missing screw. I knew when I got home upon hearing my caretakers account that the job was done properly. I wish the builders had taken the time to of done it originally but we will be glad to use Pierson Contracting in the future. Just a week or so ago they stopped by to finish something up and my cat Charlie got out. Jerrin took the time to go bush to bush car to car searching for my sweet cat and he found him for me. I just was so impressed with the work and the personal relationship they build, those really matter and last in a small community like ours.
