Peninsula Heat has been "setting the standard for quality work and customer satisfaction" since 1996. Peninsula Heat prides it's self on being more than the normal installation company, we engineer every installation to be of the highest quality to cost ratio, to be the most efficient, effective, aesthetic and honestly priced system possible. Our service technicians are constantly having their training levels and certifications improved upon to maintain up-to-date knowledge of this endlessly evolving, complex, technical trade. As a family owned and operated business, we take our relationships with our customers very seriously as we, like our customers, are apart of our community and the reputation of being honest and responsible is of the utmost importance.

Description of Work: Replaced a bad pellet stove fan. Both techs covered the floor before starting. They cleaned the stove and determined the fan blades were delaminating. They quickly replaced the fan and everything works perfectly.

Description of Work: They installed a new heat pump system when our old electric furnace died.Things were OK for a while, then we had a few problems with a breaker that kept popping intermittantly. They came and reset it once and charged us and a few weeks or more reset it again and didn't charge us.Told us it needed to be replaced and said it might be cheaper and quicker for an electrician to do it. I finally looked at it and was somewhat surprised that they tied their system into a breaker box that was physically old and weather beaten. I plan to have an electrician give me an opinion on my evaluation before I challenge them on this.

Sorry to hear Mr. [Member name removed] experience sees us as being been unhelpful. In our defense, all things from the sub panel to the electrical panel are in the realm of a qualified electrician as mandated by WA Sate. A beaker popping can be from something as simple as an electrical surge, a weak breaker itself or issues with electrical wiring; breaker wiring is not a function of our installation and is why Mr. [Member name removed] job had a licensed electrician as apart of the installation in 2011. Our technicians reported that in 2014, the breaker may need replacing. 8 months later a board change out by the manufacturer was performed ( all under service warranty) and since then we have not heard of of any other breaker issues. Peninsula Heat has a service labor warranty that if we have to return to re-service a customer for the same complaint within 90 days, we do so at no expense to the customer. Further, there is a full year long service warranty from the time of install. Mr. [Member name removed] had our complete attention regarding his issues and should he like to peruse his file in our office to assure himself of commitment to satisfaction he would be more than welcome.

Description of Work: We purchased a heat pump from Peninsula Heating on Nov. of 2013. The salesman provided a comparison of models to help us select the unit for our home, made a home visit to determine where the equipment would be placed and arranged for installation. He returned last fall for one-year service on the unit.

Description of Work: My heater fan was not working so I called and received an appointment the same day for a technician. The tech found the problem had it working again in under ten minutes. He checked the entire system and found everything was working property.
