I could not be more pleased. Chris was professional, clean, friendly and demonstrated obvious expertise. I especially appreciated the way he gave me options on programmable thermostats and recommended the less expensive unit. An unexpected plus is that he patiently and kindly made friends with my small barking dog, who normally does not take well to strangers.

Peninsula Heat and Air was on time and came out quickly when called. The employees were pleasant to work with.

The only thing that I know for sure is that I had a friend of mine that was at the house. She was going to meet them when they come to install the unit. Once they were there, they found out that they had a different model. They did not order the right model the first time, and I think my friend had to go back out another time for them to reinstall it. I was not totally satisfied there with them. I would consider using them again in the future.

As a new homeowner, Peninsula Heat made life easy for me. Very professional, on time, did what they promised to do and extra. Went the extra mile to make me completely happy. Do yourself a favor and call them for your heating/ac needs.

Everyone that we worked with from the company was very professional and completed all work on schedule. We couldn't be happier with our choice!

Serviceman found that the unit was freezing up during our annual service check. Parts were ordered and installed under warranty. Unit is working as it should. We were only charged for the yearly check-up .

I went through Costco, and Peninsula Heat was the contractor. Chris was great from the very beginning. He came out and figured everything out and explained everything along the way. I was impressed that he made calls to his electrician and others to confirm his thoughts on the installation. He informed us that we could finance under a low interest Weatherization Loan, which we did. Every time I called, Chris explained everything to me and he saw that the whole project was done smoothly and professionally, and he is also a very fun guy to talk to. It took 2 days to do the job, and we absolutely love our new heat pump. We can heat our whole house now, and it's so cozy. Our heating bill is now so low that this thing will pay for itself in a short time.

Estimator came to the house twice and revised his bid as I obtained additional information for the job. Everyone was professional from the estimator, installers and office people.

overall experience with peninsula heating and there emplyees was excellent. they were profesional, responsive and did what and when they promised. the install ceated little mess and except for a damaged part was smooth. my only recomendation is to be sure you have an alternative heat source during install, the day was cold and without our gas fireplace we would of had to leave. time will tell if the cost savings will be as advertised but the unit is keeping us warm.

We had to wait for the manufacturer to respond and then for a new unit to arrive.

We contacted five local heat companies for estimates to install a heat pump into our home. Peninsula's estimator, Chris Hahn, was prompt and provided a number of options and cost estimates. Peninsula Heat's proposal outlined the scope of work, equipment specifications and warranty, and a competitive price. The installers were on time and when there was a problem with the main unit, the company was diligent in making sure the installation and operation of the heat pump were to our satisfaction.
