Description of Work: They fixed a problem with my humidifier attached to my furnace. It, in turn, is part of my heat-pump system. The latter was also replaced by Pensinsula Heat with the model that I originally wanted. My builder had ignored my request and had installed a contractor's grade heat-pump. Luckily, both the humidifier and the pump were still under warranty. The humidifier broke its housing due to calcium buildup caused by my hard water. I had to install a water softener first before the housing could be replaced.

Description of Work: While performing routine, preventive maintenance on my heat pump, the technician correctly diagnosed that a valve in the condenser system had failed. The technician didn't have the part with him but returned a few days later to make the repair. He warned me that if he was unable to remove and reinstall the original refrigerant, there would be a additional charge for new refrigerant. The repair went well and due to the knowledge and skill of the technician, no additional refrigerant was needed.
