Worst experience I’ve ever had! Hughes was suppose to install a heated floor in my bathroom. It never worked. I tried numerous times to communicate with them to fix the problem & they ignored me. They don’t care about customer satisfaction at all. They also installed a gas fireplace that was not pleasing to the eye with nuts & bolts & tiny holes showing. They claimed that’s how it’s supposed to look. They never tried to correct the issue. I would not recommend them at all! Buyer beware!!!

Initially he committed to providing the shower surround for delivery in December. In January he was contacted again but said he was busy but would provide the surround. In early February he said he was waiting for the delivery of his raw product but would deliver within a few days. In a few days he said the product was not delivered but did finally pick up the correct product and would work 'all weekend' to have the install complete within a few days. After a few days of not responding to calls or emails (including one from the contractor telling him he was holding up payment to other subs as well as final inspection) I sent an email to him telling him I was tired of waiting and would not be using his services. He had literally MONTHS to complete this project he committed himself to.
