 + -1 moreIt went very well. The work came in as bid, the technician was on time and very knowledgable and professional. The price was quite high but I had been told ahead of time and was not surprised. It was worth the money to get the job done right.
Description of Work: I had their specialist redesign my in floor heat set up. He removed the extra tank and went right from the on demand heater into the system. It saved quite a bit of money over the next winter.

 + -1 moreAs I said above it could not have gone better. He is there when the subs are there so they do the jobs as good as he does are he has then fix the problem. He is the best builder we have had and we build 4 homes. Our other builder were very good but not as good as Devin. He well build any thing you one and has done many find homes. He well not do something that well not come out looking the way it should.
Description of Work: He has built 2 home for us and had add on to house. He was there always and did above what you would have expected. If adding on to house it ends of looking just like it was built with he first build the house. You can not tell its and add on. He has done work for friends. All as happy as we are. He is worth the waiting for the job as it well be done right. He can be busy still we just wait until he is free. If you need to build a home he is the one for you. We have build other house and none have been as well build as his. He is very well priced and you can trust him. If he does not think the job well look good he well tell you so, He take great pried in his work and does it right the first time. Very little call backs.
