+ -1 moreWe chose Bud, from three inspectors recommended by our real estate agent, and found he was thorough, professional, responsive , and fast. ,He showed up for the inspection on time. He was thorough without being slow, and happily explained what he was doing, and finding, as he went along. His report was received by our agent within 24 hours of the appointment with all the recommendations he'd spoken about during the inspection, as well as photos and additional information.
