+ -1 moreTerribly. They said it was repaired and we paid the bill. Several days later it was leaking and they tried several more times to fix it. Finally on 12-16-2014 Sean Ryan assured me he would refund our money as they had not fixed the leak and couldn't. He said he would pay our contractor to fix the leak. After Christmas, he refused to give our money back or pay our contractor. We are taking him to Small Claims Court to get our money back.
Description of Work: Americas Elite Inc was referred to us by our insurance when we had a leak in a window unit. Their address is now 765 Washington, Sequim, WA.
