Description of Work: They never called back. Terrible customer service. Even if you are too busy to accept the job, you can call a customer back and let them know.

 + -1 moreI requested a quote to replace a window with a sliding door. I did this before offering on a house so that I could plan it in to my finances. A simple "we're too busy" or "that's not the kind of thing we do" would be sufficient. Radio silence is unprofessional and unacceptable. I've found two other companies to quote the project and will look for a different handyman for handyman type projects.
Description of Work: No response to voice mail or email.

Description of Work: We called America's handiman about a month ago. We made an appointment. The rep showed up assessed the situation and said "Ill see you in about 2 weeks".No date or time set for doing the work and was unsure of one of the jobs (fixing stuck doors) One month later no call, no show, no set date or time.

Description of Work: Installed insulation beneath entire house and in the attic, constructed vents, repaired structural post, and some misc. minor items.
