They are really awesome and nice people. They are professional handymen and provide lawn irrigation services, but they also do other projects. They give you quick quotes. They are very accommodating. They have been around for like 20 years. Kyle Soptich is the owner. They are licensed, bonded and insured. They do all kinds of stuff. Kyle said that he could repair the burnt parts on the deck instead of replacing the entire thing. There’s a custom built bench in the deck. He is one of those contractors who would repair it as opposed to replacing it, which is good. He quoted $150, which is really reasonable. I have just started to use their services. My husband’s boss referred them to us and he has been using Kyle for years. Soptich Solutions does excellent work. They are timely, very reasonable, cooperative and accommodating. So far, that has been our experience. We only contacted them like a week and a half ago for the project. They are already working on it, but they are not done with my roof project yet. There is nothing that they could improve on. They go above and beyond in quickly returning phone calls. They return the phone calls the same day, which is great. They are very responsive. So far, the work hasn’t been of poor quality. We live on an island. So, it’s hard for us to get people to come out to the island. We have one road that gets to us, but it’s a 45 minute drive just to come out here to give us a quote. That’s why they don’t come out and the local contractors get like a monopoly on things. So, it’s not normal around here when somebody returns your call the same day.
