I thought I needed new gutters on my fairly new house! Found out that the builder had installed my gutters cheaply (legal but cheap) and they were pulling away from the house (could see daylight) and water was getting to my eaves and trim and black mold was growing. Initially I thought I had to rip off gutters, replace the tresses that had been cut, put in fascia board (which was never done) and then have new gutters shot in. Basically I was looking at thousands and thousands of dollars!!! Jeff came out and investigated and found that I had no rot so we were catching this situation early. He came up with a way to salvage my disaster!!! Jeff installed flashing on the roof to direct all the water into the gutters properly. Then he went every 2 feet and reattached my gutters properly so they will never come off again (well until I want them off). By doing this, he saved me thousands and thousands of dollars! He cleaned the gutters while he was working on the house as well. I asked him about leaf covers and he said sure he could sell me that, but seriously I did not need them in my situation and I should save my money at this point. THANK YOU for not trying to sell me something I did not need!!! Jeff was able to complete the job within days of the bid as he saw the urgency of the situation and all the follow-on work that had to be done so he worked me into his very busy schedule. Just as he was finishing up, he saw that my gate on my fence had a broken latch so he fixed it for me too!!! Wasn't that awesome!!!

Jeff the owner stopped by between jobs to bid the job. He was very knowledgeable and informative. Great product and most reasonable price. Good workmanship.

It did take a week before Jeff came to give me and estimate. He did not show up for the first appointed estimate appointment, but did call to apologize and rescheduled. They arrived on time for the installation job and completed the job quickly. I am very happy with the gutters. My only suggestion for him would be a better cleanup job. I found many long gutter nails and nail enclosures, from the old gutters, on the ground, in plant beds. Also, they did not clean the leaves, etc that were behind the old downspouts, before installing the new ones. Otherwise, I am happy with the installation, and the new gutters are more balanced enabling correct water flolw and drainage into the downspouts, which is essential with a hip roof, since the gutters run the entire perimeter of the roofline. No more standing water in the gutters!
