Ronk Brothers Heating and Cooling

It went well, no complaints at all. The Technician, Skip Guilmette, showed up on schedule, quickly diagnosed a problem and fixed it, shook down the system and checked the pressure levels. All in all a painless visit with no drama to speak of. Could not rate any Service Co any higher!

It was a great experience and a very easy install! Easy to follow directions were given on how to program and use, along with help setting it up on my smart phone so that everything was working properly. I am loving the thermostat!

A++ for quality and for customer service. We elected to replace our furnace at the same time as adding air conditioning. Both were installed on the aggressive time scheduled agreed to by Ronk Brothers (in early July). After install, our 2nd floor was not as cool as the 1st floor (due to existing structural limitations). A solution was derived, but a little more costly than we wanted to outlay given the amount we had just invested. So, we opted to live with it. The next day, Joey contacted me, and stated they wanted "make things right". 24 hours later, Ronk Brothers had completed the revision at no additional cost to us -- again, amazing Customer Service!

Ronk Brothers did a great job from the scheduling, to the service. Very professional and knowledgeable and very happy with my new hot water tank.

Everything was great and we had no problems. Jeremy and Nick were here when they said they would be and were very professional and nice and they knew what they were doing and everything is working great.

My mom's cat got into her duct work when a painter removed a vent cover. She was frantic and called Ronk Brothers. Even though their day had just ended, they sent Nick and Ian to her house. They arrived within thirty minutes of her phone call. Both employees were calm and professional, which gave my mom some reassurance that her cat would be okay. In the end, the cat was fine, my mom was relieved, and Ronk Brothers have a customer for life! Thank you for helping at a moment's notice.

the problem thought repairman was going to get new element repair kit and return in three days with parts. Upon second appointment a new repairman showed up not knowing about previous repairman and want to access the problem. told him about first employee. Did not want to have him working on it too without talking to first repairman. Called Ronk htg. office in Anacortes to find out what was going on. Office said it was mix up, first repairman needed help evaluating the problem. The first repairman both did not return with the parts nor had he talked with the second repairman. The person I talked to said he would get right on it and figure out what was the problem and call me back with a date to repair etc. That was the last I ever heard from them over 2 weeks ago.

Appointment made. Tech showed up on time. He checked the furnace, cleaned it, and replaced the filter. Checked the thermostat. He was pleasant and professional.

Technician showed up on time and performed the task in a professional manner. He was personable and knowledgeable. He charged a fair price for the work performed. I would have been more comfortable ordering the service if they had been able to state a price for the service (barring any unforeseen circumstances, of course) up front. But things went well and I would use them again based on this experience.

Energy surge fried my radiant floor heat control system. Greg from Ronk Bros, who had previously worked on my system, came within 2 hours, assessed the situation, jury rigged hot water to work, ordered parts which came in next day, and showed up at end of day on a Friday and spent 2.5 hours or more getting my house's heating system back online, and even returned the next day to tweak some of the settings. I could not have been more pleased!!! I have had other companies try and work on my system, but this company and technician are by far the most competent I have found in the area for hot water radiant floor heating!! Ask for Greg

I would say they did a good job.

We called several companies asking for estimates. RONK'S responded immediately. Shawn examined the layout of our house and the present heating ducts, etc., and determined the size furnace that would be adequate for our needs. Another Tech did the new piping. Another did the actual installation. Another "fired up" the new unit. Very professional. The site was left clean and we had nothing left to dispose of. The price was exactly as estimated. We actually thought we would be paying alot more for our new propane furnace.
