+ -1 moreThe service tech was supposed to arrive Friday between 1 & 4. He was going to call first. At 3:30 I called to get a status since I hadn't heard from anyone. The person who answered the phone could not reach the tech on his cell phone. I will give them credit as the owner said he could come by personally and do it on Saturday. He even offered a discount, which I appreciated, but I didn't want to spend my day Saturday waiting around the house so I decided to find a more reliable provider.
Description of Work: Requested service for a broken torsion spring on overhead garage door. A reasonable quote was provided.

Description of Work: Our existing garage door had sustained damage, which was worsening. One technician came one day and measured the door, which turned out to be a standard 16x7 foot door. After a phone call and a 40% down payment on a credit card, a time and date for the installation was made. Prior to the installation, we had moved any garage stuff (trash cans, lawn tools, etc.) near the door edges were moved further into the garage. Also, the car was moved where it wouldn't crowd the work. The technician arrived within the scheduled time, and was done in about two hours. Only the door and the big spring were replaced; the opening/closing system remained. Looks good, and works good.

Description of Work: Mt Baker Overhead Garage Doors fixed my garage doors twice but I have not replaced any doors. Six month ago, they replaced the spring that broke. I have used them three times.
