Description of Work: We had used Gateway Septic for a septic service call earlier this year when we started having some back-up issues. We assumed the tank needed to be pumped & scheduled for that when we called. When Jon came out, he let us know that we didn't need the pump (saved us several hundred dollars), but did make a small repair that was needed and discovered that the drain field was the main problem and needed replacing. This isn't a service that he provides, but when we were ready to complete the repairs in the fall we called him back to get a recommendation on a reliable provider, which worked out great. I appreciated Jon's honesty, patience and capability.

Description of Work: John performed a septic inspection. He was prompt, efficient, and very informative. He's a nice guy that knows his stuff and I was grateful for his help.

Description of Work: Jon Turnbull (Owner of Gateway Septic) did a service call for my septic system. He checked all levels and functions of the system.
