+ -1 moreLast October when we discovered the rats were in the garage and also had access through a dog door into the house, we called Gateway (the last service we had wasn't not acceptable). They came out the next day and inspected the entire area and did what had to be done to rid us of this problem.
Description of Work: Checked access to crawl space and found rats were getting in through the crawl access doors. They sealed the area and set traps and checked them regularly. Pointed out where we needed to take action to further prevent infestation (replace overhead garage door weather strip, trim vegetation, get new dog door which rodents can't open). We will watch this Fall and if any signs of rodents, will call Gateway again.
