Description of Work: Contracted out to unsupervised inexperienced young men. All work unsatisfactory and needed to be redone. Hours erratic, unreliable. Timeliness of responses to concerns extremely poor. Finally had to get another contractor to finish job. Although promised a refund, have yet to see it. Extremely unpleasant experience.
