Saul and his crew were great! Saul is so conscientious about doing a good job. Every day when they left the job site they cleaned up everything. There was never any roofing debris laying around. He communicated well and was responsive to our questions. I would highly recommend Calix Roofing to anyone. He delivered a quality product and I no longer have to worry about my roof leaking.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Calix was recommended by a friend who had been a building inspector for the City of Anacortes and was familiar with their work. We have a large home with a steep roof with long drops to the ground. We are also avid gardeners and very much value our plantings on all sides of our house. We got three bids for our tear-ff and reroof. Saul came to do the estimate and was knowledgeable, polite and listened thoroughly to our desires and concerns. He made informed suggestions on materials, venting and sheathing and quickly provided an estimate that was lower than the two competing estimates we got. Executing the agreement was effortless and he guaranteed his work. The project was estimated a 7-10 days, but Calix got it done in 5 by bringing in larger crews over a weekend. The crews were polite, efficient and capable. They took extra precautions to protect our plants and our deck. They even helped move the deck furniture. They very respectful of our plants and our property and there was no damage from the job. Saul was easy to communicate with and kept us abreast of the plans for the job every day. The crew did a thorough clean up of the job site every day, even pulling the covering off the deck so we could use it in the evenings. Calix installed flashing where there was none before, added additional vents, did a great job on the valleys and replaced a good amount of 4 X8 plywood sheets that had been damaged by a less than stellar original roof install 20 years before. The costs related to the unknown repair items were more than fair and we were completely satisfied with the work, the materials and entire engagement. Saul is someone I would hire again and again and Calix has my highest recommendations.

It took a little longer than we thought it would but they had to tear off two layers of shingles, replace all the fascia board and more. Ended up having to replace all the soffit around the roof edge. Lot of work at a very reasonable price. It turned out beautiful. Very happy with our new roof. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with everything!

He is outstanding, very respectful too the work & attention to detail is amazing we have 3 projects to do, deck,roof,skirting, deck he just completed very nice. now working at getting the next 2 projects done.
