 + -1 moreOn or about 8/19/19 I contacted this business seeking a competitive bid for window installation in both of my bathrooms of my manufactured home. I provided an estimate from another business, Dr. Roof, Inc., in Long Beach, WA. In reply, Mr. Colby Engelson stated, "Got it, I'll talk to the owner of Beach View later this afternoon & see if he is comfortable with me writing up a project proposal without looking at the project in person. If he is, I should have a quote worked up by the end of the day tomorrow (Tuesday, 8/20) If not, I'll contact you to schedule a consultation for later this week by the end of the day tomorrow. (Tuesday, 8/20)" By the end of the day on 8/20/19, I had received neither a proposal nor an appointment from this business. When I contacted Mr. Engelson again, his reply was, "We have no interest in this project. Thank you for the inquiry."

 + -1 moreProfessional, courteous, prompt. VERY nice to work with and have on my property. The windows were over my 5X12 portable pool... no problem for these guys, and they kept everything very clean. There's only 3 guys in the company, they want to keep tight quality control. Each of the guys is great, and I would work with / hire them again in a minute. I also have freely and confidently referred friends to them.
Description of Work: Replace with new: one garden window and one bathroom double-hung window, including removal of old windows and finish trim outside.
