+ -1 moreGreat experience. We would recommend ZIP Realty and Linda Summers to future buyers and sellers. My husband has visions of buying a lot and building in the future. We will definitely call ZIP (and Linda) to list and sell our current home, if the time ever comes.
Description of Work: We purchased our home in Silverdale Washington using Linda Summers Broker with zip Realty. Linda provided exceptional services. We traveled from Albuquerque New Mexico to Gig Harbor Washington finding a home in Silverdale. She knew exactly the type of home we were looking for. We saw a number of homes and chose one. We made an offer on a home on March 28. The offer was accepted on March 29. We actually closed electronically on April 11. After living in our home in Albuquerque for over 30 years, this was so much easier than I thought it would be.

+ -1 moreThe amount we spent with them was dependent on the closing fees. They are online and primarily a real estate broker company. They provided us with online search tools, free and the less searches. They also provided us with an actual realtor when purchasing a house. We found them online. We chose them based on the reviews of the people that had used them and we liked the flexibility of the company. They are a phenomenal company. We really enjoyed working with them.
Description of Work: We used Zip Realty at the beginning of the year probably around March or April.

+ -1 moreI have known her for about seventeen years. Our daughters grew up in school together. I've been working with her for about two years now. She is phenomenal. I have seen her clients who were trying to sell their houses and didn't have a lot of money. I have seen Emily go in and paint inside their houses with them and tell them that they needed to trim up their front lawns and so forth. If we want a real estate agent who would roll up her sleeves to help us she would do it. She is amazing. I would absolutely continue to use her.
Description of Work: We used Emily Pena-Howell of Zip Realty for the purchase of our first home! Her depth and knowledge of the real estate market and the current financial landscape is incredible. She has an ability to take your wants/dream list and narrow it down to what you are really looking for. My husband and I had two different want/dream lists for our future home and she took both lists and combined them to find us the perfect house! She walked us through the entire loan process and answered every question with patience, integrity and thoughtfulness. Emily understands that buying a house can be emotional and taxing therefore, when you call her or email her she is very responsive. Bottom Line: She will find your home, walk through the loan process with you, and happily hand you the keys to your home! I recommend her highly for her integrity, knowledge, wisdom and responsive/superior customer service! The Happy Johnson Family!
