It was the owner that came out, he was right on time exactly. They did what they said they were going and when they were going to do it. to do. This is the second year we have used them.

That was good. They did a great job in our carpets and everything. It was good. It was a good price. He actually said he probably should have charged me more but he stuck to the price.

couple stains remained but maybe too old or deep to remove.

Cleaner claimed he did not see bad patches and spots. He also missed whole areas. I should have shadowed him the whole time, but after I pointed out 2 spots that needed extra attention, he just rushed to to completion. I spent 6 hours removing all furniture i could to make his job easier. I should have been the one paid. Not pleased, I will be calling a different company to come in and complete the work requested. Where did they get their reviews? I am feeling cheated, disappointed, taken advantage of. Not good feelings.

My floors are pretty ugly to begin with, so the work performed did not really help at all. I think the guy could have just warned me of that, and offered to refund my Angie's List Big Deal, instead of performing the work.

Provider was scheduled to clean tile in the bathroom and carpet. For the second time the provider forgot the clean the tile in the bathroom. The carpet cleaning job was also quite poor. So much water was left on the carpet that it took two days to dry. The carpet still looked quite dirty after the cleaning. Some areas were even worse than before the carpet cleaning as their machine leaves black streaks on the carpet. I borrowed a friends consumer grade carpet cleaner and all the spots on the carpet easily came out. After two poor cleanings, I would not use this provider again, nor would I recommend it to another.

Provider did an excellent job. He was friendly and yet professional. I would have them back again next time I need that type of cleaning.

The provider was punctual and very nice. They had to return the next day to re-do the kitchen area floor because of some streaks/swirl marks in the finish that would not be covered by a rug. In hindsight it was a mistake because the entire floor needed to be recoated and since we didn't re-clean/sweep it, consequently we have several ares where dog hair etc is now in the coating. We've noticed more areas with "swirl" marks in the finish that show up in certain light. The floor is noticeably cleaner though, and we are grateful for that.

Great! On time, looks great. Simple instructions too.

NOT REAL PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS -- THE FLOORS WEREN'T CLEANED WELL ENOUGH, SO WE NOW HAVE HAIR AND OTHER DEBRIS AS PART OF THE FLOOR'S COAT THE MAN THAT DID THE WORK WAS PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL -- BUT THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS BELOW STANDARD

Overall it went fine. Every nice gentleman. The order was much worse than I expected and I had not made plans to be out of the house and take my animals, so would recommend to others to do so.

Our technician was extremely professional and courteous. He arrived promptly on time, was efficient and quick but did an extremely thorough job. We have cats with long hair and he worked to get all the cat hair out of the carpet--even having to replace filter parts a couple of times through the project. He was also very friendly and easy to work with. Great service!!

Other than a little scheduling mix up, they provided excellent carpet cleaning service at a great price.

They responded promptly, scheduled the cleaning for the next day, and did a fine job.

The young man who came was prompt and very courteous. I was surprised that he finished cleaning the carpets in my entire home in 40 minutes with a 10 minute break. I did point out a few places where stains were still apparent and he got down on his hands and knees with some kind of cleaner and worked on them. He did remove well the traffic area dirt which I was happy about. After the carpet dried I noticed some stains that didn't show up when wet that should have come out when cleaned. I have never paid this much for carpet cleaning before. I expected more. I will probably go back to cheap specials from now on as they do the job just as well.

Zimp arrived right on time and cleaned two floors of wall to wall carpet and several area rugs on another floor. They also cleaned two sofas. They used plastic "corners" which are placed around corner walls and floorboards to protect them from the hose rubbing against them. Bill is really knowedgeable about how various fabrics react to stains and is careful not to make stains worse by using the wrong techniques. This is the 3rd time I've used Zimp. My carpet looks as good as it did when it was new!

The floors were beautiful when they were done. He was extremely knowledgeable and polite, very informative, kept me informed about the process and products used. He worked efficiently, made the time go quickly.

Went great: good price, good service, very professional. Respected my home, listened to my concerns, and the rugs and furniture looked impressively better when he was done.

That was about 2 months ago. They were very proficient, punctual, young, and it is clear to define. It was $50.

The owners moved out of the home on Friday, cleaners showed up on Saturday needless to say carpets had to be done. I put in a call to Zimp, they answered the phone on Saturday and said that he could get someone to get it done that afternoon! This was a very stressful day for the owner, and myself as a property manager. You don't want the tenants moving into a house that has not been cleaned and then the need to make arrangements for the cleaners to come in after their move-in. When I spoke with the owner he needed to place a call into one of his guys to take care of us, we got a call back promptly letting us know that someone would be there around 3'ish, I had to leave but the owner was there to handle the rest. Jason (I believe that is who did the carpets , sorry if it is wrong) was very polite and clear about the charges. The owner said he did a great job and would definitely use Zimp again. I have a number of rentals in Seattle and the East side, it is refreshing to have a company respond the way they did.

The experience went well overall. They did a good job and I had no complaints.

They were fantastic! They went above and beyond, including sending a personal thank you note, which not very many companies do. I own a family business and they definitely take that same approach with running their business. They also keep in touch with their cliental; you can tell they definitely want their customers to be happy and to keep their business. They often send me special offers and discounts, so their price is reasonable. I really liked working with them and I’ll use them again.

I had good service with them! It did take them awhile to call me back, but they seemed knowledgeable, courteous, and finished the job promptly. It was pretty inexpensive, too.

It was great. They have done quite a bit of work for us.They do regular housecleaning and have been very open to suggestions. All of their cleaning materials are non toxic which is very important to us. When we first moved in, we had them do all the carpets and they were great with those as well.
