Zerorez Carpet Cleaning

That was happened today Please don’t waste your time to trust this company’s service and their estimate quote. Because those estimate was just as their FAKE ADVERTISE. They really don’t care their company reputation. It looks like there was a job procedure, when their service people came to the job site; they will first declare no guarantee for their carpet cleaning job for those original estimate quote. If you want them to warrantee for their own cleaning jobs, then they will try to provide you some new product to ask for $100 dollar more than original quote. If you question about, they will walk away in purposely to damage your business schedule without any explanation.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a carpet cleaner. I could have done a better job myself by renting a $50 machine from a grocery store. When I first made the appointment the person I talked to said there “might’ be a $50 “carry on” fee because she didn’t know if the tech could get his hoses up to the third floor and may have to carry up a machine instead. When the tech arrived he said it would a $100 fee because he had to bring the hoses up to third floor ($50 per floor). After several calls back and forth and talking to a manager there was a $50 fee to carry up the hoses. The tech finished the work in approximately 1 hour. After he left and upon closer inspection of the carpets, I realized they were not clean. I used a white wash rag and rubbed it on some spots on the floor. It came up really dirty. These were not stained spots or even spots that needed pre-treatment. They just needed more than a light pass, a little friction would have done the job. After a week of texting and calling trying to get the company to come back and do the job they were hired to do, I have given up. No management would call me. I was told they were “busy with meetings and trainings”. I will never go back to ZeroRez and have told everyone I know not to use them.

The process of cleaning, ruin my carpet. They were lite areas like it was bleached. In the carpet on the stairs is very stiff, lost its softness. All these areas cannot be restored by vacuuming. I have called them , they come over to see it and also I sent them photos, they just advised me that I can just vacuum it. I have said earlier this cannot be restored by vacuuming . It seems like they don't wanna do something about this problem.

Both Colin and Caleb were very professional. They measured both the carpet and the tile areas and gave us a bid and then proceeded to clean upon our approval. The tile looks great and the carpet dried more quickly than when we've gotten it cleaned before. No after odor which was a terrific perk as my husband is very sensitive to certain odors.

Price went up when guys showed up to do the job, still turned out to be fair.

My main critique would be getting in contact with zerorez. Calling the company would usually involve a wait on the phone and eventually going to voicemail, but they are prompt in calling back so it's a minor issue. Once we had the appointment set up, the technician called 20 minutes before arrival and did arrive within the window provided. Mark was very professional and well mannered. He did an initial walk-through and then got straight to work. We also mentioned that we had recently adopted a rescue dog who was very skittish around people and that we wanted to make sure she couldn't escape during the cleaning. Mark ensured that during the cleaning process there weren't any opportunities for our dog to escape. The cleaning was very fast and we had great results. Mark even took the time to clean the carpeted steps we have in the garage leading into the house, even though that wasn't within the scope of work. The cost of the cleaning was higher than what we've seen with other carpet cleaners, but zerorez is also one of the few cleaners we found that uses a cleaning process that meets the requirements of our carpet's manufacturer warranty. We're planning on having zerorez come out every 18 months to keep our carpet looking great.

OK The carpet is nice and clean.. Young man came into home and immediately talked about what he couldn't do. He needs training on professionalism such as beginning with the positive. At the end I had to be the one to initiate how to place furniture back. He should have initiated by saying something like "how can I help you place some of the furniture. The coffee table is a little awkward. He left it FAR AWAY from the sofa when we could have moved it together. When I asked the person at the company how much it would cost I was told $52 for the one carpet. When I was presented with the bill, I was told that the minimum amount has to be $92. This should have been told me up front. The young man had completed a job in nearby Lynnwood which is less than 10 miles away. I asked the technician for a receipt and he looked like he was sending me one by email on his phone. I didn't get it. I called the company and had to leave a message to send me a receipt but I still haven't gotten one. Looks like the office needs training on professionalism too. I had to call the office the day of the cleaning to find out what the schedule was. They should have been able to call me the day before so that I could plan my day. The final cleaning of the carpet looks good.

Chose this company to see the difference in their cleaning since they do not use detergents. Waiting to see how well it holds up.

I contacted the Kirkland office to schedule having my carpets cleaned. I was able to schedule on a date and time that worked me (Sat afternoon). Due to physical limitations I asked that the tech call my home about 10 minutes before he arrived. On Sataurday afternoon I received a call from Mark letting me know that he was about 10 minutes away. When Mark showed up we discussed what work was being done and he explained the process. In less than two hours my carpets looked better than the day I bought the house, over eight years ago. Mark was able to removed stains that were there from the previous owner that the last carpet cleaning was unable to remove. Pros - With the promo pricing I feel I received an amazing job. - Mark was professional, worked very hard and exceeded my expectations. - Carpets were dry in about 3 hours - Carpets felt like new. Very soft fibers Cons - None Needed Improvements - Every time that I called into the office I ended up going to voice mail. This is not a deal breaker for me because they did call back very quickly. It did reduce the overall quality of the product. Good news is that Mark more than covered for that.

We have a townhome in Seattle. We called Zerorez at least 2 weeks prior to our appointment. The schedule we got was between 2 pm to 6 pm. what!? the appointment is too late in the day for our 4 stories townhome. Last time we had carpet clean, it took 4-5 hours. Communication between customer service could have been better. We didn't use them and don't plan to use them in the future.

Great! Bill came as scheduled, even though there was a scheduling snafu. Amanda worked overtime to make my planned schedule work. Thank-you, Zerorez! The carpets look great, and no nasty residue from chemicals or soaps.

I've actually used Zerorez twice. We've been in a rental waiting for a home to be built, and the rental has that white carpet from the 90s which is dreadful to keep clean. They've gotten every stain out except for what we made by spilling a dark essential oil on the carpet. They tried an extra treatment but that stuff is stuck in there! I really appreciate how quickly they work, how fast it dries, and how clean the carpets look when they are done. Also that treatment they do before they clean is awesome. It's like a power vacuum or something. The only thing I didn't love about the oriental rug cleaning was that they laid it in my driveway and cleaned it so that when it came back in, it had leaves and dirt from the driveway on the bottom of the rug. Maybe they should bring some kind of tarp or ground covering to lay the carpet on. But despite that I've been very happy with them, and will use them again.
