The crew arrived on time and explained all the work they would be doing. We very courteous and professional. They completed the work in 2 days which was the estimate.

There was no charge for the estimate. They were quick to give us feedback. The estimate was fairly detailed. They were flexible. What we ended up talking about was the estimate is for them to do a patch repair and a sewer scope. With the idea being that the original sewer scope we did, because it's an offset, is that they couldn't get past where that break is. So it would good to when they did a repair, figure out at that point is it going to be necessary for them to replace that whole chunk from the break to the house or is the patch going to be good enough. They generally have gotten back to us quite quickly. We've primarily been communicating through email and usually been end of business day. They showed up and did what they did when they said they were going to do it. For professionalism, they've been great. I do plan to use them.

I had a downspout that wasn't working. I would use a temporary flex hose to divert the water away from the house in the raining season. I wanted to install a dry well to fix the issue. This is a good DIY project but I kept putting it off. I finally contacted Wu and they came out to bid the job. This is a small job for them so I paid more that I probably should have. They usually don't take these small jobs but they must have had some time avaiable. I asked if they would install a dry well solution that I would provide (NDS). They agreed. The install went very well. They installed a 4" pipe below the lawn to the new drywell at the edge of the sidewalk and connected it to my downspout. It looks great and I don't have water pudling up on my lawn any more.

Excellent outcome. Drain does not overflow. Work was done quickly, job was completed on time and at the estimated cost. I would highly recommend Wu and would use again if needed.

They replaced the grass as they had very carefully dug by hand to do the work. On Time to arrive, On Time to finish, work done as set out in bid.

I got an estimate for my backyard drainage issue, and one for a park directly behind my home without a drainage system. The estimator was nice, but the estimate was ridiculously overpriced and did not explain any breakdown of charges. It was just a total number; nearly $40,000 for a small park drainage system. When I asked for a breakdown of how they came up with that amount, I was told they couldn't break it down because the price is what it was, it was all wrapped into one. I did not understand what that meant, but I was not happy with the price or the lack of explanation. Needless to say I did not hire them.

Estimator Greg T. came out on 4/26 and said he'd get back to me with a bid in a couple of days. That didn't happen, so I followed up by voice mail and text. He responded that he'd have the bid next week. In total, six weeks passed with no word. Wanting to give the company a chance to explain itself in case this was just an issue with a rogue employee, I called the main number and it went to the voice mail of someone named Thomas. He called back 2.5 hours later, and I told him what had happened and asked why they hadn't followed with a bid -- did this mean they just weren't interested in the job? He said he didn't know. He didn't express surprise or apologize. He asked for the property address and said he'd have to ask the estimator. He never called back. Two days later, I tried calling again and just got voice mail. This is not a professionally run company.

On schedule, on budget, clean ... everything one could hope for from a contractor and their crew. And despite the extremely wet, wet, wet winter that followed their work, NO LEAKS. The only minor criticism is the quality of their concrete work wasn't as good as I had hoped for.

Work was completed in one day as promised and completed as expected. These guys worked hard and came on time. Prices were also better than other estimates and plan was adjusted to match what I wanted. Would happily work with them again.

Company responded promptly and quickly scheduled an estimator. Estimator arrived as scheduled, was pleasant and seemed very knowledgeable. The written estimate was received within two days and seemed to properly address the issues. Only used this company for an estimate - no work was done by them.

I am very impressed with this company and their work. The owner sent Thomas W. out to give me a quote on the same day that I called and they were able to have the work done on a Saturday so I don't have to take days off from work. Other companies had quoted me two days of work but Wu Construction was able to do it in one day! On the day of work, Thomas M and Sergio J showed up right on time, they were efficient and provided great customer service! I highly recommend them! They are very easy to work with.

I called on Monday. They called back later in the day saying they could come put on Tuesday. I was only available on Friday. He said they were busy but would try to fit me in. He would call me one hour ahead if he could get out to me. On Friday, he called at 2:30pm and showed up at 3:35pm. I described the problem (overflowing rain gutter), showed Greg the problem both outside and inside. Based on the problem and my correction of the gutters, he indicated that repair was not necessary. He gave advice on preventing the problem and info on cement foundations. He also described what they would do if I really wanted it done anyway. Good interaction.

Thomas Wang came out very quickly to take a look and go over our options. He gave us bids for a gravity drain for two of the sides, a sump pump for two of the sides, and a sump pump for the full perimeter (~25" x 30", about 110 linear feet) each with a 25 year warranty. We went with the full perimeter since all of the bottom floor is below grade. Over the course of 2 days they jackhammered the trench, laid pipe, placed the stones, installed the sump pump, positioned the dry well, refilled with cement, and studded back the portion of the wall they had to cut. It's been about 4 months and our basement is dry and smells better. We had one issue with the dry well spilling onto the street and freezing. After emailing, Thomas sent some guys and they moved the drywell the next working day and solved the problem. (And in their defense, I had told the crew where to put the drywell in the problem spot.) We're happy with the work and would recommend them.

They trenched and installed drainage pipe under the house with a catch basin and sump pump, and routed the output away from the house. Removed old vapor barrier and reinstalled new, and tacked up insulation that had fallen down. The crew showed up on time and completed all the work in one long day. Discount was provided for paying in cash.

We had a very large flood in our basement. After calling around to a few different places, Wu Construction had the soonest availability and had come highly recommended by my realtor. Their Manager, Thomas, was very responsive to my many questions and allayed any fears that I may have. He even sent out more guys to come and finish the job early. With a 25y fully transferable warranty I couldn't go wrong. They came early and jack hammered around the perimeter of the Basement, Wash Room & Garage. Then installed a perf pipe which led out to a dry well in the corner of my property. After that they re-cemented and cleaned up all dirt and were on their way.

Excellent. The crew worked hard and all day long to get the job done. When I asked for minor adjustments to how they installed the drainage or how they replaced my landscaping.. they did so without hesitation. The foreman/project coordinator came out at the beginning of the workday and made sure I was happy with the plan and quickly made minor adjustments per our discussions. The workers preserved my landscaping and carefully put my yard and front area back as it was before the work.
