WOMANS TOUCH CLEANING SERVICE

She was extremely professional. Very dillagent in her work. Always went back to make sure she didn't miss anything. Asked questions to make sure she did the correct and satisfying job. Very Trustworhty and did a very "complete" cleaning job. Not only was the house clean, but it smelled clean.

I will not use this service again. Melissa was late in arriving (in fact got lost and had forgotten my number so could not call - I called her after 45min of waiting and guided her). When she arrived, she asked for cash payment (mentioned nothing of this requirement on the phone). She also had forgotten a broom and needed to borrow mine. After walking her through my list of items, I left her in the house and went to work. When I came home, I found some of the rooms un-cleaned (she forgot to clean the second bathroom!). Dusting was not completed to my satisfaction. Worst of all, she took my broom! I was so unimpressed by this service that I did not even call to give her the opportunity to correct the issues. While perhaps the fair thing to do would have been to provide that opportunity, I was simply too underwhelmed and decided to cut my losses. There was nothing Melissa could have done to regain my trust/confidence.
