Description of Work: I have bought a refrigerator 3 times in 10 years for my rental space. This last one went a few days more than one year without a problem (this time the food was melting and freezing in the freezer for a GE refrigerator - the one Wiseman suggested I order. I have a 3 year warranty but before scheduling they want to know what the users are doing wrong. In all my life I've not encountered a refrigerator that was complicated to use. They are plug and play so to speak. The repair person said that these GE freezers are terrible. I don't understand why refrigerators are so bad. Is this one the result of NAFTA where worldwide trade prevents quality assurance which we used to expect. Then why would we want to have our country sign the TPP Trans Pacific Partnership? which will take even more control away from our own country and would overrule our environmental and other regulations and cost jobs in America? I don't know if my warranty will cover my refrigerator if they decide that it was the fault of the users (a couple of nice little old ladies).
