+ -1 moreRick was wonderful. He had the necessary tools, and cleaned up after himself. He had a wonderful attitude. It was also very nice of him to assist in fixing our drapes instead of just trying to sell us new ones as most do.
Description of Work: Rick Menghini came out on very short notice and fixed our drapes for us. Rick fixed the traverse, rods, and cords. He also fixed some of the pleats that had come out.

+ -1 moreThey are wonderful. I would definitely use them again. We had a horrible experience with Budget Line, it was a really bad experience, the guy was dishonest, and so we had to send back what they had done for us, and we got a recommendation for Winpro from a friend and the owner, Rick, came out, gave me ten times as much attention and discussed upfront about what will work for the window we had, things that Budget Line hadn't addressed, he took the time, really understood what I wanted, and what he could provide. It was excellent service, excellent product, really responsive, just really good, and his prices were less than Budget Line's and I was just thrilled with them, it was great. It was just a complete opposite experience from what we had with Budget Line. Their prices were very fair. We did some looking around and his prices were really good, it was good value definitely.
