It was a pleasure working with Jeff and his polite and respectful team of installers. Jeff was prompt, responsive, and willing to work around painters and floor refinishers, so we could meet our deadline. When the painters had repeated questions about how their painting of the window frames would affect the work on the window replacements, he offered to speak directly to the painters to reassure them. He also suggested replacing only the leaky window panes (unlike another company that said all of them would need replacing). Windorco’s customer service, competitive pricing, quick turnaround, and adherence to schedules was a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend them.

Windorco replaced 4 single pane windows in our 1922 Madrona home this summer with 4 double panes. Really great experience from measurement to quote (and advice) to install. They were punctual and worked quickly. They did quality work and hauled away the old glass. They sell wholesale, but I didn't do an extensive price comparison with other companies. I've had them do 2 jobs at different times so far and will have them do a final large picture window when the timing is right.

I called Windorco and set up an appointment for a representative to come and measure the window. This particular window gets a lot of wind and rain beating on it and has had some water that seeps into the inside window sill along with a cold draft. We wanted an exterior window to help keep the rain and water away from the present 1919 multi paned window. We ordered a wood exterior window which was made at the shop and then the representative came and installed the exterior window. We have been happy with the result; besides keeping water from beating on the original window the draft is gone.

The company has built vinyl windows and installed them. They've built large wooden picture windows too. All the windows are double-paned. I've been using Windorco for a few years, and I recommend them to people.

I contacted Windorco several weeks before to scope the job and provide an estimate. I had heard good things about the business. Fortunately I live close to them, and the gentlemen (owner's son) was there promptly. He explained the process, timeline and next steps and provided an estimate right there on the spot. Meanwhile, I shopped around and some of the larger guys but was getting either aggressive sales pitches or higher prices. I had made up my mind to move forward with Windorco, so I called to get something scheduled asap. I was hoping to get something completed prior to the holidays, and much to my delight they were able to get my windows assembled an installed within just a few days. This is typically a 2 weeks process with any window company and admittedly my timing was very lucky. But Greg (owner) was very accommodating. The installation went very well. They were extremely professional, did a fantastic job on the installation and cleaning up everything after the job. The older windows and putty were very difficult to remove and it took them a bit longer than they had anticipated, but they did a fantastic job. My house has a lot of old windows, and I will absolutely use them again in the future. Great company, great people.

This is a father / son team with ions of experience with window manufacturers. Greg knew the manufacturer of our original windows and why we were having problems. Greg came up with a solution that saved us nearly $10,000 over our other bids. I liked that he offered an affordable alternative, which ultimately meant that he would not make as much money, but the end result looks just as good.

My experience was excellent. The screen door was constructed as specified and fit perfectly.

I had a few companies come out to give estimates. It seems that this company likes to provide an initial estimate on the phone and then come out only if you were serious about going with them. Because I was uncertain as to whether I could just replace the glass or needed to do the complete window replacement, they came out to help me decide. I went with just glass since it was much cheaper. The initial estimate was lower than when they did the measurements but the final cost was exactly on. So far, the windows look great (let's see how they fare through the bad weather)! I marked excellent for quality, but it has to be said that I don't know much about how to assess this. The staff and workers were very pleasant.

Went very well from start to finish. Greg was very helpful and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He provided good advice on what was worth spending money on and what wasnt'. The installation went smoothly and they were very clean and careful in the house. Job well done.

After the estimate, they came out to measure the windows exactly, and had them made to order. Didn't ask for any money down, just a handshake! After 3-4 weeks, the windows were made. Couldn't find a suitable time for us to be at home, so we developed an alternate arrangement. Place was spotless when we came home, and the windows were crystal clear and well mounted and neatly caulked on the outside.

I expect what they put in is much better quality than what was there in the first place. The company made the process very easy. They were able to give me an estimate over the phone off of my crude measurements. After I accepted the estimate (which was firm) someone came out to measure, they ordered the glass, called when it was in, and scheduled an install. Installation took about 15 minutes. The two guys who came to install were courteous, yet business like. I appreciated not having to make small talk! What needed to get done got done effortlessly.

Windorco's product and service were outstanding, as I've outlined above. The only minor dissatisfaction I encountered was in regards to the interior window trim elements, which were taken off and reinstalled rather than replaced with new wood. The final look was a bit scrappy, as a result. Had I known, I would have purchased new wood and prepared it for installation as part of the job. I've since replaced these trim pieces and am very happy with my new windows.

Probably the best experience we've had with a contractor so far. I was originally planning on doing the install myself and the owner was very helpful in explaining the process. In the end I decided to just have them do the installation since I was busy with other projects and we wanted them installed before winter hit. The job was finished in just a little more than a day and everything looked great! I would definitely recommend them.

It was a pleasure to work with this firm, from the person answering the phone to the installers. They came when anticipated and the installers even came earlier in the morning than they would have liked. The replaced window is part of a group which were custom made by firm which no longer exists and the new one fits in fine.

The owner was really helpful throughout. We wanted to tackle the installation ourselves, and he gave us advice on how to get the right measurements for the order and on the actual installation process. We followed his instructions, and they came out beautifully! The windows themselves are great quality, and good value.

Windows are exactly as expected, they have replaced over the years about 25 windows on my property and will continue to go back to them for their service, price and quality.

Jeff and Josh arrived on the day of the installation at the agreed time and set right to work. They were through in less than 4 hours and had to pay about $30.00 extra to replace the hinges on one of the old frames. They also repaired a screen on entirely different window for free. They cleaned up all around the work area and hauled the old replaced glass and windows away. We were pleased with their work and work ethic. They didn't even take any cookies, water or coffee we offered.
