I recently had 3 windows replaced in my condominium unit by Windorco and am very happy with my experience and the result. The installers were efficient, kept the place clean and did a great job installing beautiful windows at a reasonable price. I chose the company (with Jeff Staat as the point of contact) based on the recommendation of our former condominium president who has used Windorco for other buildings he manages and was happy with the result. I'm happy to recommend them and would use them again.

We needed a number of repairs to our house (trim around windows, garage door and skylight repair). Jeff from Windorco replied quickly with a quote and then worked with us to meet our schedule for getting the work done. His crew was very professional and the work was completed with a high level of craftsmanship and quality. Highly recommend.

amazing. windorco rocks. they will do a job for you even when the big national window companies say "that's not possible", which is what they said when I needed to upgrade a single pane window to a double pane without replacing the metal frame. really appreciate their professionalism and craftsmanship.

They were a big help choosing the type of window that I am interested in. Not only for the style but for the quality, price and what fits my necessities. The order only took three weeks and the men had them up within a couple days. These are high quality windows and don't compare to the high price and long wait for installation of other places like Home Depot. They were suggested from another friend and I will be getting more there.

The ordering and installation was very easy and efficient. The delivery was done in the time that was promised. I was amazed how clean those guys were. As soon as they entered my condo they started laying down drop cloths and making sure all the areas were well protected. I would recommend Jeff and his company in a heartbeat. As a matter of fact, a few of my neighbors asked about my hallway window Jeff had created. From Jeff's very first visit to our house for an estimate he took precise measurements compared to the other companies we had over that just gave a cursory look at the windows needing replacement. His crew arrived on time as planned and did a completely professional, thorough, and perfect installation on two sliding doors and one bedroom window. We were so pleased we had them back to do three more windows and the results were the same. We are so pleased with Windorco that we plan to have them back in the spring to do the final five windows in our house.

I had Windorco replace all the windows in my house earlier this year. In that process their price was the most competitive and their service was the most comprehensive and responsive of the contractors I considered. Recently, a couple of trim pieces came loose on one of the big windows they installed. I contacted Jeff, and although it would've qualified as a warranty claim against the manufacturer, he just sent someone out promptly to fix it. No cost, no fuss, no problem. I will certainly use Windorco again if and when the need arises. Cost below is for the original window replacement. Cost for the trim repair described here was zero.

He found a vendor to fit my design and budget needs (Coeur d'Alene Windows), he was so easy to work with, and his install team were fun, professional, and did an A+ job. I'll be hiring them again for the 2nd phase of my remodel. I could not recommend them more.

Windorco was professional, responsive, prompt. The men who did the installation worked diligently for one 10 hour day and one 6 hour day. This was a complicated job and they completed it with skill and care. I would recommend Windorco for any and all window replacement.

I haven't seen the door yet, but my renter says it works well! Again, I'm happy that the door replacement was stress free even when trying to get the work done from afar.

A called Jeff from Windorco after hours when I shattered my sliding glass door. He came and measured my glass and replaced the unit promptly. When it came time for my bathroom remodel, I called Windorco and they were able to help me my tempered glass needs and the install came out beautiful!

When the crew came out they were very polite and professional, and all introduced themselves and shook hands. We did a walk-through to identify the 12 windows, and then they got right to work. I didn't yet live in the house, so they said they would lock-up when they were done. When I came back the next day, the house was secure, all was neat and tidy, and everything looked great :) :) :) I highly recommend Windorco, and will use them again in the future for "phase 2" of my window replacement.

I had an overall fabulous experience with Windorco. I had what is considered a "small" job in this booming building time -- and another window company who did not want to do such a small job suggested I call Windorco. They're very busy, so you may have to wait a short time if you have a small job like mine. But the wait is worth it. Jeff is great to work with, does what he says he's going to do when he says he's going to do it (which is HUGE among contractors!). He came by and did the measurement himself and then came back the next day to check his measurement. (My dog, who broke the window in the first place, loved him). Jeff gave me an estimate of the time it would take for the window to be manufactured and to fit the installation into his schedule -- and his estimate was right on. The window installation team was careful, competent, courteous -- and took great pride in "doing it right." Everyone showed up on time, did what they said they were going to do and cleaned up after themselves. I'm very pleased with the whole experience.

I recently updated my rental home and decided to replace all of the old aluminum windows with vinyl ones. I interviewed and received bids from four different companies. Jeff at Windorco treated me so well that even though they came in slightly above some of the other providers on their bid, I decided to go with them and I couldn't be happier. First, they are extremely responsive in answering the phone, and patiently answered all of my questions as I figured out the configurations. They are family owned and I like the feel of their office which is extremely customer oriented and low key. Also, despite their bid coming in a little higher, they were willing to work with me on it. Besides that, the windows look fantastic!!! The quality of the windows and the installation was spot on (everything was square), and clean. I'm thrilled with the new windows and highly recommend Windorco.

All the people at Windorco were easy to work with, accommodated our specific requests, and already had plenty of experience with building windows for the style of our home. The price was more than reasonable. The crew that did the install was easy to have in the house and did a great job. They were a bit behind on their estimated install date, but bumped it up for us when they found out we were expecting a baby and wanted the windows in before he was born. We would hire them again in a heartbeat.

My tenants were quite impressed with their professionalism and cleaning up aftewards. I wasn't there to watch them work but the windows appeared properly installed and looks very nice. Would probably use them again in the future.
