Description of Work: Pete Richmond was my real estate agent selling my house and my mother's house in Seattle. He went above and beyond my expectations. He worked very hard to get the houses ready to sell. Both sales were successful because of Pete.

Description of Work: She put the house on the market on March 26th and we finally closed on July 25th. I've never bought or sold anything and it was my responsibility as the executor of my mom's estate. Roberta is very well thought of and well known in the neighborhood so I called her and she came over and the house was full of belongings I had to sort through. She referred me to a good painter who was able to contract other workers for other jobs around the house we needed done. He was very reasonable. The thing with Roberta that was just fantastic that I didn't see in many other realtors, she exhibited from the first meeting so much empathy with my situation. She didn't spare any time in just listening to my concerns and trying to give me as much help as she could. The others were not very sympathetic and saw it only sale. The first thing she did was have open houses for other realtors and the public and really worked hard to have about three different open houses total. We had about 5 offers and counter-offers. We finally got a gentleman from out of state who had a lot of issues with getting back in touch, but Roberta made sure we got the price that we wanted.
