Description of Work: Wendy patiently helped us find our perfect home over the course of 3 years while our needs and budget changed constantly. We visited well over 100 homes with Wendy and were able to narrow down to exactly the home we were after. Wendy helped us get a great deal on our new home. With her negotiating advise we were able to save over 10% off the asking price.
