MOST OF THEIR PLUMBERS ARE NOT CERTIFIED. NOT 24/7 REPAIR just answer service. A lot of them are rehabilitated are currently rehabilitating felons, which is fine I just think people should know who's walking into their home. NOT a good company to go through Good luck. PLEASE ASK FOR QUALIFIED PLUMBERS ONLY SEE CREDENTIALS.

They are fantastic. They were very friendly, and great with my 3 year old. It was very quick and easy, and there was no hassle. The scheduling was also easy. This was my first time using this company, and would recommend them.

My partner and I had an excellent experience with Wezee's. We worked with Zach, who was great - he was thorough, responsive, timely, and helped us identify ways to keep our costs down. He and his crew managed to get us scheduled right away and then replaced all of our ancient piping, two toilets, all our shower fixtures, and some other miscellaneous stuff in just two days. Wezee's is a member of the GSBA, and everyone who came into our home was great to work with and LGBTQ-friendly.

Wezee was working on my neighbor's house. The workman snuck into my back yard, past a "no trespassing" sign and hooked up to my water! I was home. When confronted, they lied about having permission from the owner (me). I have photo evidence of them skulking around my back yard and stealing water. Have some integrity! Apologize and i will modify the review.

The man who came correctly said that the smell was from a dead rodent in the walls, and fixed the hot water issue - there was rubber in the new flex pipe we had installed in the fall. He was quick and precise and we will definitely call him again when we do our bathroom remodel.

They're excellent. They're honest and reliable. They know what they're doing. I've used them at least twice and they're very, very good. I looked up a model that I wanted and they got me the exact model. They didn't try to tell me that there was some other model or that I should really pay more. They didn't try to con me into anything. They basically did what I asked them to do. Definitely, you get a feeling that they really know what they're doing. They're conscientious. Prices are always high for plumbing. No one likes the price of plumbing but it was priced at half of what the other one wanted. I had called another company before who really were like 16 years old and they tried to sell me one cheaper model for more than these would cost and insisted that this is really the cheapest I could find. They seemed so idiotic. They looked like dumb and dumber. They wanted me to pay $1000 for an ordinary, cheap toilet and insisted that this was the best deal I could possibly get. I had already looked up how much they cost at various places and I knew they weren't telling me the truth. They insisted that they were right and just did not back down at all or even offer a deal. I mean it would have been just as bad but at least it would have been more reasonable. When they just left they got nothing because I didn't even pay them for their service call because they were like really being ridiculous. It was Southwest Plumbing and they're like the biggest advertisers in this area but boy oh boy they've got idiots working for them. I would definitely never suggest anybody call them again and yet I think years ago they came and they were fine.

The work went very well, and their service surpassed our expectations. They did the work exactly when (and within the timeframe) they promised, both Louise and Zach were extremely friendly and professional, kind to our kids, respectful of our house, took time to explain what they were doing when we asked, and worked well with the drywall company. And when the City of Seattle Utilities were being difficult about what they should have done at the city shut-off, Louise took charge and really held them to their obligations - she was very tenacious on our behalf! Everything they have done is working perfectly, and there were no surprises that sprung up that they weren't prepared to handle. We are very pleased of the work, and I am pleased to recommend Louise and Zach for any future plumbing project!
