They are really good, and I was satisfied with the outcome. They had to come back a second time only because the bee infestation was worse than what they thought. The guy said that it was the worst bee infestation he has been in a really long time. I called them up, and they had somebody come right back the next day and then when it wasn't done right, they had somebody else out the next day. They didn't complain or make any noise. They told me it was not done yet, and they fixed it. I have used them on three different occasions, so I am a repeat customer. They use green technology. They are quick to respond and have a good turnaround time. They are fair priced. I am sure that there are probably people with cheaper prices, but I would prefer to pay a little more and get what I want instead of pay less and be disappointed. They deliver on everything I want them to do. They are not the cheapest, but for the money I am happy with it. They are a very professional and no hassle company to work with.

The overall experience was excellent. They are responsive, punctual, and professional.

They always give us a courtesy call to let us know when they are coming. They are on time and perfom the service efficiently. Most importantly, it seems to work very well for keeping out spiders in our house

They keep the bugs away for me. I had a lot of spiders before. I pay them $69 per quarter. Their customer service is excellent. If I have a problem, they will come out anytime. They have senior discount. When I called them to switch from another company, they charged me the same amount that I was providing the other company. I would use them again in the future.

The workers were not their normal workers, and we experienced several delays because some of the laborers refused to work in the crawl space. They installed the insulation upside down, it was installed shoddily, and they didn't install the net that normally accompanies the insulation. We would not recommend this company.

They seemed to be good. They explained me what they are spraying can be harmful to the pets, kids, and plants. They mentioned it at the beginning. I noticed that they are very prompt in getting back to me if I contact them; but they don't pester me like some companies do. I appreciate, they are available, but not pestering. Their prices are reasonable. They just come out and do the work. I don't even have to be at home, so it's very convenient.

Alpha Ecological is a very ecologically conscience company. You do not need to leave the house when they are performing their services. They are very responsive and superior in their service. They are very conscientious. I found insects in my basement and they came out the same day. I have used them for a year now. They charge a fee for the first call and then you pay a maintenance fee for their services after the initial call. If you take a break they waive the start up cost when you call them back for maintenance.

I no longer worry about carpenter ants near my house, or mice in my attic and crawl space. My property is in good hands with Alpha.

This Company was recommended by a friend. They leave and check boxes inside and outside the home for rats. The service man is very knowledgeable. He is not pushy and goes above and beyond his service. The bait that they use is ecological friendly and collateral damage is minimal. I would continue to use this company in the future.

Had an initial evaluation and cleanup of a rat infested attic. Then put bait traps outside which continually were emptied, attracting all of the rats in the neighborhood. Never could get the problem under control and really didn't care. Great variety in guys who come to service the bait traps: some nice and some anti-social, scary types.

I described the ants to him over the phone and he reassured me that they weren't. He said he could come in and take care of it if I wanted, but that I could also take care of it myself without any problems. He basically saved me money. It was certainly a positive experience.

What a Ripoff! Last year was the end of a 3-year contract. They failed to send me a reminder card, and by the time I remembered, the third "anniversary date" of the contract had passed, meaning that I had to start over with a new contract and miss a whole treatment on the old contract. So I signed a new 5-year contract to have my home perimeter treated for carpenter ants. Now, I just talked with them to get my contract transferred to the house we're moving to in a few weeks, and they won't do it. Nor will they give me any type of a refund. There is NO reason for this, except that they are making a huge profit at my expense. I am now an EX customer.

It was terrible. They tried pressuring us into purchasing unnecessary items and services.

When I called they said I was the third person to call from my neighborhood. They use non-toxic chemicals and I didn't have to get my pets out when they did the treatment. They are very interested in non-toxic environmental pest control. They are concerned with not throwing poisons down the drain, which I thought was great. The spiders were really breeding in my crawl space. They start out green and turn red in adolescent. I had them come out again in February to spray again before they came out of hibernation. I thought the cost would be higher and I was really pleased with the price. I have recommended them to other people.

I had an alright experience with Alpha Ecological Pest Control. They were able to come out and fix the problem, however I thought that the price was a little high. I would call them back if I had any other problems.

We have been using them for 4 years and come quarterly. They treat for insects and also check the crawl space and also got rid of a rat problem I had. They are professional, responsive and punctual.

I would not recommend this company since the right hand does not what the left hand is doing. The 1-800 number sales people also did not effectively explain the bid, and had the wrong information about the service that was recommended. Then when the tech/salesman called back he could not answer my questions, and refused to call me back.

I just used them for the first time about one month ago, and I was impressed. They did everything they said they were going to do, and they were on time. There are no more problems with the ants.

Not great. The first guy was nice, but super weird...provided waaaay too much info about his personal life. We even asked to have a different tech come to service the bait traps...but...he again came a couple of times. We chose this company because we have dogs and young children and don't want them to come in contact with lethal rodent bait. After approx 2 years we still have a rodent issue. We are currently trying to figure out a safe alternative, because the service has been costly, but again...not very effective. Not to mention that they have ignored our comments regarding their initial service tech--we just didn't want him around our house or our children. The other techs they sent then were OK, but questioned us as to why we didn't want the initial guy to service our home.

They were unable to remove the nest itself because of its location, but they sprayed it and got rid of the wasps themselves. I was unable to be there when they were doing the work, but this was not a problem for them. They called me when they arrived and again when they finished the work. I have not had a wasp problem since.

They determined that we had some pavement ants and suggested a quarterly preventative treatment.

They have been a terrific company to work with. They are very careful about spraying around our house. The spray they use is nontoxic and doesn't smell which is good as I have two dogs.

Hired after assurance that they would rid the house of rodents in the attic. They placed bait boxes in the attic and after three months none of the bait had been consumed and noises from rodents persisted. Technician concurred that bait boxes were not working and stated he was going to get permission from management to use snap traps. He was never heard from again. We contacted another company who set snap traps and removed the offending rodent (a squirrel). After much correspondence, VISA refunded the charges for services not rendered. Alpha Ecological immediately commenced sending a series of harassing bills for their services and threatening to turn the matter over to a collection agency if we did not pay them once again. After much harassment and many threats, we finally settled for part of their fee. Not only was their technical performance not as promised, the business practices would have been the envy of the Spanish Inquisition.

They also came in April to clean and check my furnace and told me that I had a crack in it so they warned me not to turn it on as it was a fire hazard. In June, they came back and put in a new furnace which cost $2054.65. I feel that this company took advantage of me and over charged me for all of these services. We called this company for ant control and things just kept piling up and piling up and now I have spent a total of $2608.63.
