They do fine work.

The service man refused to go up on ladders or even go into the attic where hives were located. The business is managed poorly. They contacted me regarding the work invoice because apparently the worker did not turn them in to his manager. I will never use them again.

They are professional and give you advanced notice of when they are going to show up. They show up when they say they will and take care of what you ask them to take care of. We will continue to use them for future service. The approximate cost listed is per service.

They use natural products that aren't harmful to humans. There is a chemically sensitive individual in the house so there aren't many companies that do this work. I would continue to use them for future care and would also recommend them to others.

Since hiring Alpha in October the rodent problem has gotten worse. We have had an increase in rat activity. We have had a infestation of flies inside and outside the cottage. There is a putrid, never before, smell of foul decay from within and all around the cottage. I have called Alpha to see when they would be sending someone to address these issues. They replied that they could send someone once every 30 days to check the traps and rebate them. They told me it was the customers job to call and request a technician to come out and let them know what the situation was. They told me that at the end of 6 months a technician would come out to assess the property to see whether there were still rats on location. I have terminated my contract with Alpha. I requested my money back. I was told I would not receive any of my original $420.00 back.

Excellent! The ants disappeared right after the treatment and we have not seen one inside the house since. The first of our two monthly follow-up visits occurred this past week as well. The tech sprayed around the perimeter again. We did not meet the tech who did the follow-up but the guy who performed the initial diagnosis and visit was very helpful, professional, and interested in making sure that we knew what he was going to do and why, and made useful suggestions.

We had a termite problem a few years back where they were around the railing post on our deck. Since that infestation, we keep up this service plan that covers me for no extra charge if they ever find termites again. I like that they offer less toxic options. Chris is professional, informative and takes the time to explain things well. He also has a great sense of humor.

They did a good job getting rid of the insects. They were prompt, professional, and easy to work with. They were thorough and they did a really good job. I would recommend them to everyone, especially if they have a bee infestation.

The staff members are clean, in uniform, polite and informative. They did not rush through the job, took their time during the application.

While we wanted to remove the rats with as little impact to the environment, we realized that their approach with the bait was not actually that effective. We kept having to call them back every few months since we would hear more ''rat sounds'' (scratching) in the walls and in the attic. The tech's didn't do anything proactive to find out how the rats were getting in or suggest any alternative as we all began to see this solution wasn't working. Eventually, we had to give up on Alpha and go with another company that used snap traps and actually looked for and sealed points of entry. The baiting idea is a little hap-hazard. According to the tech's, this bait once eaten will make the rats thirsty and will drive them outside so they eventually die. But what if they die in the walls, attic? No one had a really good answer to that.

We had a sudden infestation of insects (identified by Alpha Ecological as moisture ants) around the bathroom windows, 2 days prior to leaving on vacation. I called several companies for assistance. Alpha Ecological was the only company that made the effort to arrange to come on short notice (thanks to Chris and the schedulers!) They also pointed out that they had published a $25 coupon and honored that discount - even though I didn't have the coupon. The technician arrived on time (even though they had squeezed me in) and was very efficient and informative about how to prevent future problems. Most importantly, he used plant-based insecticide that was effective and did not require us to evacuate the house for 6+ hours, like other companies I spoke to. With 4 kids and 2 cats, that was critical for us! I recommend this company and will use them again.

Office staff always very cheerful and friendly. Scheduling is easy and they can usually come out right away. Their technicians are very thorough, professional and punctual. One technician tried to convince me that I had rodents in the insulation under my house by showing me rodent feces he had 'found' there. I let him know that I had just installed that insulation myself, and that while I was born in the morning - it wasn't yesterday morning. He backed off on that and another service that he was trying to sell me. Other than Mr. Fleece, the employees are great. Their prices are very low and their products aren't toxic for the environment, pets, or people.

I WAS VERY HAPPY TO HAVE THEM COME OUT AND TAKE CARE OF OUR BAT PROBLEM. THE BAT BAIT STATIONS SEEMED TO DO THE TRICK IN GETTING RID OF THE UNWANTED PESTS. THE SERVICE MAN WAS VERY QUICK AND FRIENDLY.

DAVID THE TECHNICIAN WAS A LITTLE NERVOUS ABOUT OUR VERY HIGH ROOFLINE, BUT HE DID A GREAT JOB! ALL THE NESTS ARE COMPLETELY GONE AND WE ARE WASP FREE!

WE HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH ALPHAS WORK. THEY HAVE USED ECOLOGICALLY SAFE CHEMICALS TO HELP CONTROL ANTS AND RATS AROUND OUR HOUSE. THEY HAVE ALSO PERFORMED WORK UNDER AND AROUND OUR HOUSE TO HELP SEAL IF OFF FROM RATS.
