 + -1 moreMichan and Tony were both great to work with. Michan was very responsive to communication and quick to get pricing to me and scheduling the work. Tony and his team did a great job with the installation. Good products, good install. They held firm to their projected install date which really helped our remodel schedule. The installation was completed in the same day, including demo, haul away, installation, and trim. Job well done!
Description of Work: Removed two windows and a slider. Installed new Milgard windows: 3 single hung, 1 slider, 1 picture window. Installed exterior wood window trim.

 + -1 moreThey installed all my windows and doors and did a fantastic job. When the windows were delivered I had some concerns and they immediately cancelled installation until I was 100% satisfied with the product. It turned out the product was just fine and I was a nervous homeowner. However the company took my concerns seriously and answered all my questions and did not proceed with the installation until I was ready to go. There were some minor issues, because I am a very picky homeowner. Michan came out and looked at my concerns, created a punch list, and they were addressed immediately. I would highly recommend West Seattle windows and doors to anyone looking to replace their windows. The price was fair, the product good and the installation outstanding. The customer service was the best in the business.
Description of Work: They helped me design a new look for my house that I absolutely love! Their prices were outstanding compared to other window replacement company's. I replaced 12 windows and doors and I absolutely love them!

 + -1 moreOverall, I would highly recommend choosing West Seattle Window & Door. They do an excellent job, and stand by their work. At one point, there was a miscommunication, and some of the new window grids did not exactly match the older existing grids. Michan quickly made it right without any hassle. She truly cares about the work and wants her customers to be completely happy when the job is done. We enjoyed working with West Seattle Window & Door, and we LOVE our new windows!
Description of Work: Michan Rhodes of West Seattle Window & Door came to my house for a consultation and estimate to replace windows in my home. She was professional, easy to contact and work with, and has a breadth of knowledge in the field. Her recommendations and expertise in windows was greatly appreciated as she kept in mind our design aesthetic and preserved the integrity of our 1924 craftsman home. Her installation team installed the windows in the time frame expected, and were prompt, courteous, and skilled workers. They did great finish work, and I appreciated that they made the extra effort to make sure my shades still fit in the new window frames. Michan stayed in touch throughout the process to make sure I was satisfied with the job.
