West Inspect

My husband and I were very impressed with West Inspect. Shay, the owner was able to schedule us conveniently and was right on time for the appointment. Promptness is always a plus ! He was very thorough and paid a lot of attention to detail. This is the third house that we have prepared for sale and we've never had a home inspector so conscientious. He took a lot of pictures, so he could show us things on the roof and in the crawl space. He spent a lot of time answering questions and pointed out things that could possibly be a problem in the future, even though they weren't currently. He was very respectful of our home, making sure his shoes were covered when he came in from the outside, careful to not place his tools on any surfaces that could scratch. We knew of certain issues that needed to be repaired but he found several others. Now we can list our house knowing that everything has been addressed and there won't be any hold up in the sale.
