 + -1 moreShowed up on time , with all the needed material and equipment. Workers were professional and took care in not making a mess in the home. Work was done in a timely fashion and cleanup was complete. We wish all of the contractor's we worked with were as professional.

 + 0 moreI owned a house in Ballard, I put it on the market in October 2015. After excepting my first offer, I found out during the inspection that I had a water damage in my basement. My Real Estate agent recommended me to Watershield and Hara Construction, Todd gave me a bid and was very professional,fast and personable. Watershield had great communication and were very efficient, they did the demo and added a french drain and wall guard in my basement. Hara Construction then came in and replaced the sheetrock, baseboards and flooring. They were very clean and worked very fast. Thank you Watershield and Hara Construction for making my house sale go through in a timely mater, I would definitely use both companies again for my future home.
