+ -1 moreWould never return phone calls to get work done.
Description of Work: We tried to get them for an estimate to repair our dock with no success. Different people would tell me, someone else would call me back and no one did. Unless you are going to do a huge job, they can't be bothered. They have lost our future business for their poor treatment.

+ -1 moreWe have been TRYING for weeks and weeks to get these people to come out and perform annual inspection work under an annual maintenance plan we have with them - conduct above and below-water surveys, as well as to make any repairs they find. To date, we have had a very difficult time pinning them down to a date. In mid-summer, project managers are on vacation (!), and since the time we signed up for their program in April, no one has showed up when they promise to! We are unimpressed and regretting our choice regarding this contractor.
Description of Work: Annual inspection and maintenance.
