Excellent communication with everyone working and their home office. Listened to any concerns. Took out old rotten wood deck, hauled away. Started with full crew working on everything. Ended with 1 man. Lots of jobs going on. Clean up Excellent. Not one rusty nail in sight. Put in new Trex, stairs and lighting. This was a BIG job. Our dream deck. Will have them come back to fix another deck in a couple of years. Workmanship was fantastic, they went the extra mile. This LARGE Trex turned out GORGEOUS Yes, we will hire them again.

They never met with me about the work. They pulled into my drive way and drove off before I could meet with him.

We really enjoyed all of the options we had to choose from on our newest deck addition. Before the gentleman from Modernized Exteriors came out we really didn't know that all these options even existed. when we sat down and they showed me pictures and price ranges I could expect we found it extremely helpful to help us make our decision. When we were done it was no surprise we had chosen the more expensive of the models. After that everything was pretty typical, they were 6 weeks out. They took a 50% deposit While they were here and would take the last 50% after the final deck inspection was done by the city. We had a great experience.

This company did a great job on the deck and window project on my seattle home. The guys were on time and were extremely friendly. during our consultation we decided to add in the 4 deck windows to make sure we didn't have these old windows next to this beautiful new deck. We had two crews on our job and one was the window crew and one was the decking crew. Everything is amazing and we will be doing our siding with them this summer

The windows look better, make the bedrooms warmer and got rid of the moldy frames. The doors slide smoothly and also don't feel cold like the old ones.

The old concrete patio was looking bad and rather than concrete I wanted a Trex deck. The estimator was on time and had samples and picture to help me visualize the deck. The company had a good discount program and so I jumped on board. The main deck builder was onsite for the whole week and made sure it was done right the first time. I am aware that I could have saved money if I built the deck myself but I didn't want to deal with the headache. Sometimes you get lucky and meet a good company and this is one of them. They did what they said they would do and that's all I can really ask for.

I bought the sliding glass door deal and they promptly replied and met me at our new condo to discuss. When they arrived they also quoted for the two other windows and we decided to go with them for the whole job. They were professional on the first meeting and followed up promptly. This all unraveled when we had them come back for the install. First, they quoted the "end of the month" (Sept) for install, but that came and went without a call so I gave them a ring and they said one more week. That also came and went without communication, and finally two weeks later they called, on a Friday, and asked if they could do it the next morning. The install started out fine, but they seemed to have some difficulty getting the old windows out and started rushing on putting the new ones in. I realize this was a small job, but they did not allow for much time and started getting angry calls from the boss about why they were taking so long, which made matters worse. They ended up leaving without bothering to tell me they were done, I only noticed as their van drove away, and when I went back to check their work they left one bedroom a total mess (I had to clean up and repaint the entire wall under the window it was so bad) and gouged the brand new hardwood around the new sliding glass door. I called the original sales person to tell him what happened and they assured me they would fix it, but when the same installer called me later that week to come back and replace the floors I decided to decline. I would not trust him with the repair after the terrible job that was done the first time. Unfortunately I would not recommend.

This provider did a excellent job with our new siding on our bothell home. They seriously went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with everything. I think my favorite thing was the before and after pictures that they took of the house. They took it with a drone which I thought was very cool and gave the picture a amazing look! We will be using Modernized Exteriors in the future.

Took about 35 days to get material in and on to the schedule for install. The install itself only took 8 days. Very Satisfied with transaction.

Arrived on time and did a quick clean removal of the existing sliding glass door and re-installation of the new door. I was really impressed by how non intrusive the entire installation was. Really nice new door, better engineering than the old.

We replaced our old metal door with a extremely nice wood/aluminum clad door. It has a pine wood interior with a foot lock and a aluminum clad exterior for all the rainy weather we get here, $4300 for both the door and the install.

We are having people over for a big family thanksgiving gathering that has been planned for awhile now. We chose Modernized Exteriors to do our deck two months ago and even though they were six weeks out they assured me that my deck would be built the right way with permits and we would be able to get it done before my Thanksgiving party. They got it done with time to spare. These guys are the real deal. Cant wait to show off my newest purchase.

My husband and I were extremely impressed by the job that Modernized Exteriors did on our siding in Lynnwood. I cant remember what the square footage was but the price was about $36,000 for a medium sized home in Lynnwood. The attention to detail was excellent. We highly recommend this company

After putting countless dollars landscaping our backyard into just the right spot to entertain it was finally time to cap if off with the remodel of the back of our home. We replaced all of the siding and all 5 windows on the back of the house. The Sliding glass door that exited onto our old rotten deck was then changed to a beautiful French door exiting out onto our new Trex composite deck. In a nutshell we tore off the back of our home and put it back together with some much needed changes. The back deck we doubled our square footage by adding a second tier to it. Trex Composite decking with Aluminum railings. All of our windows were Cour D Alene vinyl windows that look great with the new hardie siding. Anyways I think it is safe to say we have been busy with this project. Modernized was awesome every step of the way. They even used a Drone to take before and after pictures of our transformation. What a amazing experience,

Siding and windows were replaced on our 1970's Arlington Rambler home. Maintenance was a big deal to us so we went with lifetime windows as well as James Hardie Siding. I don't usually write reviews but these gentleman did such a outstanding job I promised them I would write a review. When you have a large project like this there will always be something that comes up I believe in the process. in our case it was a couple rotten window frames and some rotten plywood under the siding. Nothing too crazy but when it happened we were informed and told them to go ahead with the replacement of the rotten wood. The end result was fantastic. This company really followed through with theyre promises andI believe they are destind for great things in the future. We are talking with them now to see if we can fit our roof into the budget as well

James Hardie siding was installed at my Everett home. The installers showed up on time and worked theryre way right through the install process. It was a lot of work to do and I think it took them about 8 days to install our siding from start to completion. We are pleased we did this project and we are happy with the new look. We only gave them a B on price because they weren't our lowest bid but we really didn't want to go the cheapest route.

we were pretty impressed with the guys that came out to give us a estimate. They were extremely nice and had great ideas that really maximized the space we could build in. It was a second level deck and the company took care of all the permit process for us including the final inspections and everything. I think the permit package was $2,500 dollars. We used Trex Decking with black railings.

This company replaced the final 7 windows I had in my home with a triple pane window to match. We previously had most of our windows done 5 years ago with a company called Penguin windows. We have loved these windows the past 5 years and really wanted to match the exact look. Not only were they a dealer for the same window and was able to get it for me. They were probably almost half the price.

We chose the Anderson E series windows for the front of our house. 10 windows total and one sliding glass door. We chose to go with this window because of the look on the inside. The true pine interior really helped with keeping with the old style look of our home. The sliding glass door the we replaced is amazing and we really feel safe with the foot bolt lock it came with.

Well for starters the price was higher than we expected because we decided we could not live without the composite decking with the cable railings to maximize our view. we have somewhat expensive taste and we knew that we would be enjoying this deck for years to come so it didn't make much sense to us to settle and save a little bit of money, we were ready to get our dream deck. Well Modernized Exteriors definitely dreamed up the perfect deck for us. Ironwood Decking with Cable Railings. These were options that no one else that we talked too really seemed interested in doing I supposed because it is harder to do. Modernized Exteriors did a stand up job and the deck came out just as we dreamed up.

6 weeks ago we agreed to do the siding on our home with this company. we were very happy with the way everything turned out. The siding was special ordered and delivered right to my home. We chose one siding color because we had it painted at the factory and the trim color for the corners and the window trim we chose white to match with our windows and gutters. It was a big job and there was a couple small things along the way because I had some pretty bad siding rot. Modernized exteriors took pictures of it contacted me right away and it was handled. this is what I was looking for in a company and they followed it up. We really enjoy the new look of our home.

The whole outside of our house was worn beyond its years. The wood siding was hanging off and the windows were leaking the cold air. The roof had been a nice shingle roof 30 years ago. It all needed to be fixed. The Modernized Exteriors company was chosen because they would do all the work and so we didn't have to piece meal it out. They fixed the old deck which was a hazard. All composite decking with very little maintenance. It is good to do all exterior work at once because the fit is superior. The price was expensive but it was a good value. There was a lot of work done and we got our moneys worth.

we went with this company based on their deck experience, We talked to several people and even though the man that came out was slightly younger he really knew his stuff. It took about 6 weeks before construction started due to waiting on the city permits. When the deck was started it took about 2 weeks to build. The men that built the deck were polite and extremely hard workers. We really feel we got what we paid for and the final product was unbelievable.

It was good, they were very nice. I had misunderstood what the plan was and it was kind of about designing a new deck. I wanted input on how to rebuild the deck. Once I found out what I had purchased, I decided I didn’t need a brand new deck design. He insisted on looking at my deck anyways. I did let them take a look but the estimate was just too high.
