+ -1 morepaying $800.I was told my contract was for three years at $45 a month and to cancel I have to pay $800 penalty. This is robbery. I don't need or want the service and I can't afford it now.
Description of Work: This was installed last October, 2014. I paid a $100 installation fee. I wanted to cancel this month, August., 2015.

+ -1 moreThere were 2 or 3 installers, and it took them 6 or 7 hours. They left the area great, and they did what they were supposed to do.
