The tech arrived on time, removed the old faucet in a difficult position and installed the new one. He made sure everything was working properly and that I was satisfied with the job. The install was arranged by Lowes and I have no hesitation in recommending Washington Heating and Air Conditioning.

There was a leak from overhead pipes into the garage creating a puddle. We called Washington Plumbing and Heating to make an appointment and a tech came out later that same day. Konstantine confirmed our suspicion that the leak was coming from the master bath toilet drain. He pointed out the exact location of the leak which was in the original copper piping, most likely due to years of use. He explained that the curved pipe and a portion of the straight pipe would need to be replaced and involved removing the toilet. He made a list of supplies that would be needed and gave a quote for the job and we scheduled him to come out the next day to get started on the repairs. There was another job in front of ours, so the next day Konstantine came later in the afternoon and began the project. He got the toilet removed and took out the old leaky pipe. In doing so, he discovered that the floor under the toilet was badly cracked and he called me to let me know and to discuss what needed to be done to repair the problem. He needed to get material to repair this new issue so couldn't complete the job that evening so we scheduled him to come out the following day. Luckily the house has two bathrooms and Konstantine made sure everything was set up temporarily so that the second bathroom could still be used without issue. He returned the next day, repaired the floor both top and bottom so that it was very secure, replaced and sealed the toilet and tested thoroughly to make sure everything was in working order.

Both times they have been very professional, knowledgeable and resonably priced. I will continue to use this company for my heating services.
