David did and outstanding job. We will definitely have him back again.

We had pet odor we couldn't get rid of. The house was for sale and the odor was preventing offers. David came out and emptied all sorts of construction 'junk' previous contractors had left in the ducts and then cleaned them out, some by hand, to eliminate odors stuck to the ducting. He also found old filters in horrible shape so we got those changed out. I will remember them for future problems.

David - the owner - was so helpful and came out on the weekend to help get our ducts clean so I could breathe easier. He made sure to clean in order to not put any extra dust in the air and was professional and gave great advice throughout. Would hire again in a heartbeat. He was honest, kind and incredibly helpful.

It went very well. He took extra time to clean one particularly dirty heat duct by removing it and bringing it out from the crawl space to clean it out!!! He also found a couple of issues with our new furnace that we were able to have repaired by the remodel contractor.

David did a great job: he was on time, pleasant, explained things, completed the cleaning, and processed the payment. As he took a breather between cleaning vents/returns on both floors we got to have a nice chat. Would hire again!

David was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire process from start to finish. He was also very flexible and allowed me to reschedule our appointment soon after I booked. On the day of the appointment, he called to let me know he may be late but he wasn’t and showed up on time. I also appreciated that he was honest and told me what needed to be done and didn’t try to up sell the deep cleaning and sanitizer when my ducts weren’t that bad. He also cleaned our furnace and dryer vent at no additional charge which was an added bonus. He did a really great job and I will definitely call him again in the future!

We had been without a dryer for over a week, and when it was finally repaired we really wanted to have the ducts cleaned right away. We called several highly rated services but all of them required a wait of 3-6 days before they could come to fix it. When I reached WA Duct Cleaners, David asked it is was urgent and I said yes and he was at our home the next day (Friday) to clean the ducts. He conducted a thorough examination and showed me the problems and issues. He gave me several recommendations and the pluses and minuses of each. We opted for the one that assured our ducts were clean, safe and had a proper hookup from the dryer to the vent. He did all the repairs that day, but recommended (and we agreed) we needed a more sturdy connection from the back of the dryer to the external duct vent. He didn't have the part but said he would come by Monday and connect it, which he did. He set an explicit time 10am ...no half day window...showed up promptly and finished the job. We were super impressed and would have no hesitation recommending him to others!

David is professional and very nice. I love supporting small, local businesses. He was on time, neat, cleaned all my ducts and my furnace for a good price. I will call him again if I need more work.

David was very thorough and efficient with his cleaning. He discovered excessive debris in the ducts and performed manual deep cleaning/scrubbing instead of using the negative air pressure system. David provided clear explanations regarding our furnace and duct condition, and only performed what was necessary (not excessive) to get the job done. We will definitely use WA Duct Cleaners again to maintain our furnace ducts and dryer vent.

I was very happy with the service from WA Duct Cleaners. They helped me identify what needed to be done now versus what services could wait. They were very professional and the price was fair.

It went really well. The provider showed me video of the insides of our ducts. He explained what was needed and what wasn't. It's nice when a provider tells you you shouldn't pay for something. That definitely makes me trust them more! The results were amazing. I would definitely hire this provider again and recommend him to others.

Great guy it was a straightforward work inspected all vents, brushed using drill brush & vacuum inside the vents. Also he cleaned the dryer vent for free which was great. It was good because it was an old house so vents had even nails from previous renovations but next time if I have time I’ll probably do it myself as it seems to be not that hard.

Went well. Had to spend a bit more than I planned, though.

David communicated very well throughout the entire course of the job. He punctual, courteous and didn't waste any time. He hustled around getting it all done. He took before and after pictures to show his work. He made good suggestions about furnace and dryer maintenance...all of which I intend to follow. I was pleased with how well the job went. David was great. We just finished a renovation on our house that generated a lot of dust so we wanted out vents and ducts cleaned. David was punctual, professional, and thorough. He worked really hard the whole time he was here and did a great job with the cleaning. He also recommended some things I could do to keep my system clean without trying to up sell me. Also, he took before and after pictures of the inside of the ducting so you can actual see how clean he gets them. Bottom line is David is an extremely nice guy, comfortable to be around, works hard and gives you a great value, and is flexible with scheduling. I will definitely hire him again and will recommend him to other people.

David did a deep clean of our vents 2 years ago. He was very thorough and took pictures of before and after. Since then I’ve had him come annually to vacuum our vents. He is knowledgeable and very courteous. He is clean and respected my home by keeping it clean while he worked.

Awesome experience. Everything was done professionally and efficiently spent some extra money to have some extra work done but the ducts has not been cleaned in almost 20 years
