We had a great experience with David. He responded promptly to my initial request for service and scheduled my appointment at his earliest convenience, even though it was a weekend availability. He was professional, knowledgeable, honest and respectful. We purchased our home about 6months ago and have not had the opportunity to have the air ducts inspected and cleaned. After David performed the inspection he presented pictures of the status of the dust build-up and the concerns he had in regards to each vent, duct and furnace blower. He took the time to walk me around my home and explained the reasoning for his recommended full system deep cleaning as oppose to a quick sweep. I appreciate his availability, professionalism and light hearted demeanor. I appreciate that he scheduled and came today, because it's a Sunday and it happens to be a personal holiday for him and his family. David performed the service with great enthusiasm and persona. It was a pleasure to have him in my home and would recommend him to any and all who need similar services for their home.

Called and scheduled the vent cleaning with David. He was very courteous and accommodating even when I had to reschedule the day before. David came right at the time he said and did a thorough overview through our house. We actually needed more than just the vent cleaning: our house hadn't been cleaned in 10 years. David recommended a deep cleaning to include the furnace, all the vents, the return vents and the dryer vent. He worked with our budget and gave us a terrific deal. Extremely pleased with the professionalism and timeliness of the service.

He made sure I knew which new filter to buy for the furnace and showed me how to install it.
